If Royal Panda decides that a particular player is no longer eligible for promotions/bonuses, Royal Panda may exclude a player from the bonus program without providing further reasons or explanation for exclusion.
In the event that no end date is specified, Royal Panda promotions will automatically conclude after 90 days from the date they are first made available. Unless stated otherwise, any remaining bonus funds for which the player has not yet met the wagering requirement, will automatically expire after 90 days from the point they are awarded.
Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel, change and/or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Royal Panda reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and any possible profits if any of Royal Panda’s terms and conditions are breached. Any player who breaches these terms may be held responsible for any costs incurred by Royal Panda as a result of that breach.
Royal Panda may confiscate funds from the player's balance to make up for losses incurred due to the breach of any of Royal Panda’s terms and conditions.
Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke bonuses that may have been obtained by misuse of the system.
Employees of Royal Panda and members of their families are prohibited from participating in promotions organized by Royal Panda. Affiliated companies, their employees, and their employees’ families are also prohibited from entering promotions organized by Royal Panda. The player can exclude themselves from receiving Royal Panda’s promotions at any time by submitting a request to customer service. This action can be undone at any time simply by contacting customer service again.
Royal Panda’s terms and conditions for promotions are available in several languages for information purposes. However, it is the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the player and Royal Panda. In case of a discrepancy emerging between an English version and a non-English version of the terms and conditions for promotions, the English version shall prevail.
In the interest of fair gaming and fraud prevention, casino game wagers placed using bonus money are subject to a maximum bet per game round limit. The maximum bet permitted when playing with bonus money is $7.50, €7.00, £5.00, or its equivalent in another currency. In the case of the following games, these operate with a deviating maximum bet of $1.50, €1.40, £1.00, or its equivalent in another currency, when playing with bonus money: 1429 Uncharted Seas, The Rift, Dead or Alive, Bloodsuckers, Kings of Chicago, Hellboy, 300 Shields. In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void.
While playing with wagers made using their bonus balance, players are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a game round until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds. This includes all bonus and/or free spin modes and features which may arise as a result of wagers made using the player’s bonus balance. In the event that this occurs, the player agrees that their bonus and/or any associated winnings are void.
