The new Slotmill slot also has a Thunder Surge feature. Thunder Surge can randomly trigger at the start of any round. It increases the multiplier by a random number of steps.

Another potential random outcome is the addition of a giant symbol. 

A giant symbol can spawn either at the start of a round or at the end of a round when there are no more winning cascades available. The symbol takes up either a 2x2 or 3x3 area.
