Casino cashback gives players money back based either on their net losses over a set period or on the amount wagered. Rewards are usually calculated and paid weekly.

Below, we compare cashback casino offers available to UK players and explain how they work.

Mr Vegas Cashback

Mr Vegas does not refund a fixed percentage of net losses. Instead, Rainbow Fridays rewards eligible casino play, with the amount determined by how much is wagered and the RTP of each game. Players can therefore earn cashback whether they finish the week ahead or behind.

Cashback is paid as withdrawable cash without wagering, with up to £300 earned per day. The drawback is that Mr Vegas does not publish a fixed cashback percentage, making its value harder to compare with loss-based offers.

Mega Riches Cashback

Mega Riches’ WinBooster works more like a wagering reward than traditional loss cashback. The amount earned depends on total stakes and the RTP of the games played rather than the player’s net result for the week.

Players can earn WinBooster after a winning week as well as a losing one. Mega Riches does not publish a fixed cashback rate, so the amount returned depends on the games played.

PlayOJO Cashback

OJOplus rewards the amount wagered rather than net losses. Money is added to the player’s OJOplus balance with every eligible bet and can be transferred to their real-money balance at any time for play or withdrawal.

Players do not need to finish a qualifying period at a loss to earn anything. PlayOJO groups casino games into three OJOplus reward bands but does not publish the percentages attached to them, so the amount returned varies by game.

All British Casino Cashback

All British Casino keeps a running cashback total rather than calculating it over a fixed day or week. Qualifying deposits increase the amount eligible for cashback, while withdrawals reduce it.

Cashback can only be claimed once the account balance falls below £10. Any winnings left in the account must therefore be lost first, but those winnings do not increase the cashback payment. After cashback is claimed, the calculation starts again.

Quinn Casino Cashback

Quinn Casino returns 5% of weekly casino losses as a casino bonus, up to £50. To qualify, the account must also show an overall loss to date across both QuinnSports and QuinnCasino.

A losing casino week may therefore not qualify if winnings elsewhere on the platform leave the account ahead overall.

NYspins Cashback

NYspins returns 5% of the previous week’s net spend every Friday. Wins and losses are offset across the full week, so cashback is only paid when the player finishes the qualifying period at a net loss.

Duelz Cashback

Duelz calculates cashback across the full Friday-to-Thursday period, so any wins during the week reduce the losses eligible for cashback.

VoodooDreams Cashback

VoodooDreams calculates cashback across the full Friday-to-Thursday period. Wins during the week offset losses, so cashback is only paid when the player finishes the qualifying period at a net loss.

Fitzdares Casino Cashback

Fitzdares returns 5% of weekly casino net losses through its Friday Rebound promotion, but the standard maximum is only £10. However, the cap rises to £100 when the player is also down overall on casino play since 1 April 2025.

Cashback is credited as a casino bonus with 2x wagering, and some games contribute less than their full stake towards that requirement. Any winnings released after wagering are capped at £1,000.

tote Casino Cashback

tote’s promotion is much narrower than general casino cashback because only losses on one nominated slot count. Players must opt in each week and play the selected Game of the Week during the specified promotional period.

The 10% rate is competitive, but the £25 cap means only the first £250 of net losses can generate cashback. It is therefore useful only when the player wants to play the nominated game, rather than as a reason to choose tote Casino.

SpinYoo Cashback

SpinYoo's Bonus Back Mondays returns 10% of qualifying real-money losses from Monday to Sunday, with cashback credited the following Monday.

The reward is paid as a casino bonus rather than withdrawable cash. It expires after 72 hours and carries 10x wagering, with game weighting restrictions and withdrawable winnings capped at 10 times the bonus amount. Players must also opt in and cannot have a pending withdrawal at the end of the qualifying week.

How Casino Cashback Works

The calculation method and payment schedule are separate. Mr Vegas and Mega Riches base rewards on wagering but pay weekly, while PlayOJO lets players collect OJOplus at any time.

Some offers use different rules. All British Casino keeps a running total in which qualifying deposits increase the amount eligible for cashback and withdrawals reduce it. Other casino sites in the UK restrict the calculation to selected games, such as tote's Game of the Week.

Pros and Cons of Casino Cashback

Pros
  • Returns part of qualifying losses or wagering
  • Usually available repeatedly rather than as a one-off offer
  • Several offers pay withdrawable cash without wagering
  • Wager-based rewards can be earned without finishing at a loss
Cons
  • Loss-based cashback only returns a fraction of the amount lost
  • Wins reduce the amount eligible for net-loss cashback
  • Bonus cashback may have wagering, expiry dates and maximum takeouts
  • Caps, opt-ins, minimum activity and game restrictions can reduce or prevent payment

What to Check Before Using a Cashback Offer

The headline percentage does not show the full value of a cashback promotion. Check the following terms before playing:

TermWhat to Check
Calculation BasisWhether cashback is based on net losses, the amount wagered or qualifying deposits and withdrawals
Payout TypeWhether the reward is withdrawable cash or bonus funds
Wagering and ExpiryAny playthrough requirement, game weighting, expiry period or maximum takeout

How to Claim a Cashback Bonus

  1. Check whether the offer is available to your account and whether you need to opt in.
  2. Confirm how cashback is calculated, when the qualifying period begins and ends and which games count.
  3. Opt in before playing if the promotion requires it.
  4. Play eligible games with real-money funds and meet any minimum wagering, spin or hand requirement.
  5. Wait for the cashback to be credited automatically or claim it through the promotions section.
  6. If it is paid as bonus funds, complete the wagering before the reward expires and check any maximum takeout.
