Bills’ running back James Cook Over 48.5 Rushing Yards (1.88) is the second most bet prop. Just over 55% of the Moneyline handle is on the Bills to win.

Current odds for the Bills winning the AFC East Division at BetMGM are 12.00. The Bills opened at 2.00. Also at BetMGM, the odds of the Bills making the playoffs are 1.40, missing the playoffs at 3.00.

Elsewhere in the NFL, according to DraftKings, most bet player props include Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts Anytime TD Scorer (1.71), Baltimore Ravens’ Gus Edwards First TD Scorer (6.50), New Orleans’ Alvin Kamara Score 2 or More Touchdowns (4.70), Cook Longest Rush Over 12.5 (1.80).
