NineFly Disband Roster As JTrops Moves On To Endless

North American Counter-Strike 2 team NineFly have disbanded their roster after nine months together, with Justin "JTrops" Masters moving on to join Endless.
The breakup follows the August release of former in-game leader Liam "zBanss" Dunagan, who described his final ESEA Advanced season with the team as a "roster shitshow."
NineFly's roster at the time of disbanding was Justin "JTrops" Masters, David "dash" Siegel, Jackson "brooks" Parker and Griffin "Griffin" Kozel.
The team competed in ESEA Advanced, North America's tier below the HLTV-ranked professional circuit, and had already lost zBanss in August after a 6-8 record saw them miss the Season 58 playoffs.
JTrops Lands At Endless
Masters has now signed with Endless, an organisation that re-entered Counter-Strike after its previous roster disbanded in September when the last two members, Jason "Enzo" Agaliotis and Tyler "Ravenzs" Kibec, both posted that they were seeking new teams.
Endless have rebuilt around the former 5Fellas core, pairing Masters with Terry "ogura" Zhao, Ghasif "Go0dby3" Syed and the player known as Titans. The new lineup debuts when ESEA Season 59 begins on October 4 and the latest odds can be found on betting sites.
Both zBanss and NineFly owner Plauze have shared positive sentiments about the team despite the roster's short lifespan, suggesting the split was amicable rather than acrimonious.
The moves are part of a broader reshuffle in the ESEA Advanced tier ahead of Season 59, where several organisations, including Endless twice over in the space of a month, have rebuilt from scratch around available free agents.
A Crowded Tier-Three Market
NineFly's exit adds another name to the list of short-lived ESEA Advanced projects in North America this season, a tier that sits below the franchised and HLTV-ranked circuits but still functions as a pipeline for players trying to climb into more visible, better-sponsored competition.
Whether NineFly's ownership rebuilds with a fresh roster for Season 59 remains to be seen; for now the brand goes dark just as its former core member begins a new chapter at Endless.

Why Advanced Still Matters
ESEA Advanced results count toward HLTV's VRS ranking points system in North America, and the division's top four teams each season qualify for the ESEA North American Regional Finals, giving sides a direct route toward the ESL Challenger League.
That stake is part of why rosters at this level churn so quickly: a missed playoff spot, as NineFly suffered in Season 58, can be enough to trigger a full rebuild rather than another season with the same core.
Season 59 begins on October 4, giving any replacement NineFly lineup, or a fresh organisation picking up the brand's slot, only days to assemble a roster before competition resumes.
Endless itself is a case study in that churn, having now rebuilt its roster twice inside a single month after its first CS2 lineup, built around the Tricksters core, fell apart following a disappointing Season 58 campaign.
