SBC Summit Adds Global Payment Compliance Track To 2026 Agenda

SBC Summit has confirmed a new Global Payment Compliance track for its 2026 agenda, running on Wednesday, September 30, as part of the event's dedicated Payment Expert Summit stage.

The addition brings together operators, compliance specialists, payment leaders, legal experts and gaming technology providers to discuss payments regulation and fraud prevention.

The Global Payment Compliance track forms part of the Payment Expert Summit stage alongside a Fintech track on Tuesday, September 29, and a Crypto & Blockchain track on Thursday, October 1, according to the event agenda published by SBC.

Why SBC Is Adding The Track

Rasmus Sojmark, founder and CEO of SBC, said payment compliance had become "one of the industry's biggest balancing acts," with operators expected to strengthen fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering controls while still delivering the fast payment journeys players expect.

"Success isn't about choosing between compliance and customer experience," Sojmark said.

The new track reflects growing regulatory attention on payments across licensed betting sites and gaming markets, an area operators have flagged as an increasingly complex compliance burden as rules diverge across jurisdictions.
