Watford have momentum on their side ahead of Saturday’s Championship clash with play-off hopefuls Stoke.
The Hornets have lost just one of their last nine games under manager Javi Gracia, but they have also scored and conceded in eight successive matches, five of which were settled before half-time.
Only Southampton have a better both teams to score record in the Championship than Watford, who would have paid out in nine of their 11 games at home this season – the best in the division.
Stoke are unreliable BTTS performers, but they beat Swansea 2-1 in their last outing and have conceded in their last four matches.

Last weekend, City lost 4-1 at home to Clyde to make it five successive matches involving goals at both ends and they have now scored in all 16 league matches.
Both of this season's meetings between the teams have ended in 1-1 draws, the latest a Scottish Challenge Cup game just 11 days ago when the respective managers fielded strong sides.
