Despite being second from bottom in the Championship with 11 defeats, United are in the top half of the table for the quality of chances they produce (xG).
QPR’s 2-1 loss at home to Southampton on Wednesday was their fourth game in six they have scored and conceded, while five of their seven games on the road would have paid out.
Both of last season’s encounters between the clubs involved goals at both ends, with this fixture ending in a 2-2 draw, so there is a fair chance they can oblige once more.
