Bryan Mbeumo Next Club Odds: Newcastle Favourites To Land Brentford Star

Bryan Mbeumo has enjoyed another impressive season in the Premier League, and UK betting sites are now offering a market on his next move.

Mbeumo spent the first few years of his Brentford career in Ivan Toney’s shadow, but he has taken centre stage since the England international’s move to Saudi Arabia last summer.

The 25-year-old has bagged 16 goals and five assists this season, gaining even more admiring glances from clubs higher up the food chain as a result.

He has shown loyalty to the club since joining from Troyes in 2019, but this could be the summer that the powerful forward finally makes a move.

Where might Mbeumo end up if he does indeed depart the Gtech Community Stadium sooner rather than later?

Let’s take a look at the latest odds.

Newcastle Have A Strong Interest

The 2024/25 season will go down as one of the best in the history of Newcastle United.

Their Carabao Cup win ended 70 years of domestic hurt for the Toon Army, and with Champions League qualification within touching distance, things are getting better and better for Eddie Howe's side.

They have been watching Mbeumo closely over the past few seasons, and with a right-sided forward being a position they are looking to strengthen in, the Brentford frontman certainly fits the bill.

Newcastle have been reluctant to spend big in recent transfer windows, but this summer could be different, particularly if they qualify for the Champions League.

The Magpies are Evens on football betting sites to persuade Mbeumo to move to the north east.

Could Mbeumo Be The Answer To United's Woes?

Brentford may be above Manchester United in the league table, but the Old Trafford club is the bigger of the two.

Chances to join a club as big as United don't come around too often, and Mbeumo might just fancy a move there to work with Ruben Amorim.

United have struggled for goals for the last couple of seasons, and Mbeumo could become a Stretford End hero if he could improve the club's fortunes on the pitch.

With Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund facing exits, signing Mbeumo could provide the attacking spark needed at Old Trafford.

He is priced at 2/1 to be part of Amorim's rebuild at Old Trafford.

Guardiola May Be Tempted

Compared to Manchester City's recent standards, this season has been a big disappointment.

Dreams of an unprecedented fifth Premier League title in a row have gone, and Champions League qualification is still in the balance.

Guardiola's side have become stale, and the Spaniard is likely to make many changes to his squad in the summer.

Will Mbeumo be part of the shake-up?

He is priced at 9/4 to make the move to the blue side of Manchester.

Champions Elect In The Mix

Liverpool are not far away from being crowned champions, and their thoughts are likely already turning to improving the squad in the summer.

Mo Salah has recently signed a new contract to the delight of fans, but given how reliant they are on the Egyptian, if injury were to hit, they may be found wanting in front of goal.

This is where a player like Mbeumo could fit in.

The Cameroonian plays in the same position as Salah, but he may not want to play second fiddle, even if it is at the home of the champions.

Despite this, odds of 3/1 on betting apps make Liverpool candidates to sign Mbeumo.

Arsenal In Need Of An Attacker

Mbeumo has been at Brentford since 2019 and is presumably settled in London, so the chance to join a club like Arsenal would no doubt appeal to him.

Bukayo Saka, who has struggled with injuries this season, is a guaranteed starter on the right for Arsenal, but Mbeumo can play centrally too.

Mbeumo would provide some of the guile that the Gunners have missed at times, while his link play is also impressive.

Arsenal can be backed at 4/1 to land the France-born forward.

Chelsea Likely To Keep Spending

Chelsea have not been shy about spending under their current ownership group, and there is no reason to expect that policy to change anytime soon.

Enzo Maresca has trimmed down the bloated squad he inherited, but the Italian will no doubt want to shape his team a little more to his liking in the summer.

We do not know if Chelsea are interested in Mbeumo, but it is hard to imagine them sitting out the race for any player they admire.

The Brentford man is priced at 6/1 to end up at his current employers’ west London rivals.

Tottenham Another Option For Mbeumo

After a disastrous season, Ange Postecoglou continues the fight to save his job at Tottenham.

It remains to be seen whether owner Daniel Levy persists with the Australian, so signing Mbeumo might be a decision for another manager.

Spurs are 8/1 with bookmakers to sign the Brentford forward.

PSG are priced at 10/1 to take Mbeumo to France, while Nottingham Forest (12/1) are also interested.

He can be backed at 20/1 to join any Saudi team in the summer.
