Celebrity Traitors Odds: Jonathan Ross New Favourite To Appear In BBC Series
The Traitors is still one of the TV highlights of 2024 so far, and a celebrity version is set to hit our screens at some point.
Ever since it was reported in The Sun newspaper in January that Traitors bosses were on the lookout for "big names", there has been speculation aplenty on UK betting sites about which stars might take part.
In The Traitors, dubbed the "ultimate game of deception", contestants are split into groups of Faithful and Traitors, and the aim of the game is for the Faithful to work out who the Traitors are.
Each night the Traitors are able to "murder" one of the Faithful, but beforehand the whole group meet in roundtable banishments to send one of their co-stars home.
Earlier this year, Harry Clark became the first-ever Traitor to win the show, scooping the whole £95,150 jackpot after deceiving his fellow contestants.
But which celebrities will have what it takes to flourish in Traitor or Faithful roles in the first-ever Celebrity Traitors?
A new name has emerged as the favourite to join the show.

Jonathan's BBC Return?
Jonathan Ross is the new 8/11 favourite on specials betting sites to take part in the Claudia Winkleman-fronted series.
The talk show host quit the BBC 14 years ago, following the Sachsgate scandal, in which he and Russell Brand left vile voicemail messages on Fawlty Towers star Andrew Sachs' phone, after Brand claimed he had slept with the actor's granddaughter, Georgina Baillie.
The series of prank calls were broadcast on Radio 2 in 2008, and it resulted in Brand quitting the BBC, and Ross was suspended from the corporation for three months.

As well as having his own BBC Radio 2 show at the time, he also had The Jonathan Ross Show, but he left the channel in 2010 and restarted the chat show on ITV in 2011.
Now, it's thought Jonathan could make his long-awaited BBC return, because he is said to be an "ideal target" for Traitors producers.
A TV insider told The Sun newspaper: "He’s also one of a small army of stars who are self-confessed fans of the show."
Jonathan recently confirmed his ITV talk show will return next year, and admitted he is hoping to take part in a "reality-type thing" if the dates work out.
Other in-demand stars who would be fantastic additions to the show include Alison Hammond, who is Evens second favourite to take part, and 6/4 chance Jeremy Clarkson.
If she receives an offer, Alison might also have to check the dates work because she is so in-demand.
The former Big Brother star fronts This Morning on Fridays and in the school holidays, and she also presents For the Love of Dogs, and co-hosts The Great British Bake Off.
Clarkson may be too busy filming his Clarkson's Farm show, but a Celebrity Traitors appearance would be TV gold.

Keep Your Friends Close And Traitors Even Closer
Ross is known to be a big fan of the show, as is American actress Anna Kendrick.
The Pitch Perfect star took part in a Traitors immersive experience in Los Angeles earlier this year, and she has since been linked to an appearance on the celebrity version, or the US version of the show, which is filmed at Scotland's Ardross Castle, the same location where Claudia fronts The Traitors.
Anna is 2/1 on new betting sites to take part in Celebrity Traitors, while fellow US actress Courteney Cox is 5/2.
The Sun previously reported the Friends star was being lined up as the first cast member on Celebrity Traitors.
Hancock's Reality Return?
If the first two series of The Traitors are anything to go by, Celebrity Traitors shouldn't have much trouble attracting viewers or celebrities to take part.
Other stars who could get involved in the series include former health secretary-turned-reality TV fan Matt Hancock (3/1) and Traitors fan Matt Healy.
The 1975 frontman is 5/1 on betting apps to take part in the programme, the same price as radio and TV presenter Zoe Ball.

Ed Gamble hosts the spin-off show, The Traitors: Uncloaked, and it's 6/1 he gets even closer to the action by becoming a Celebrity Traitors contestant.
What's more, Claudia has previously admitted she would love to see Amazing Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield (20/1) in a celebrity version of the show.
The presenter is also keen to see the likes of writer and presenter Victoria Coren Mitchell (7/2), the wife of comedian David Mitchell (7/2), EastEnders actor Adam Woodyatt (7/1) and national treasure Stephen Fry (9/1) take part.
One surprise could even see Claudia (50/1) swap hosting duties for a Faithful or Traitor role. That might be worth a punt with a free bet offer if you have any to use.
