Celebrity Traitors Series 2 Odds: Danny Dyer And Cheryl Tweedy Among Favourites

Another incredible series of The Traitors concluded last week with more than one Traitor winning the UK version of the show for the first time.
The Traitors, Stephen and Rachel, went off odds-on favourites on betting sites to defeat the Faithful on the morning of the finale - and they duly obliged.
The team of cloaks picked off the Faithful one by one in the final, but, ultimately, the pair remained faithful to one another and split the £95,750 prize pot as the two winners of the fourth series.
Talk has now turned to which stars will sign up for the second series of The Celebrity Traitors, and try to follow in the footsteps of comedian and Traitor supremo Alan Carr, who won the first star-studded series of the BBC show.
Danny Tops Wish List
Rivals actor Danny Dyer was heavily linked with the first series of Celebrity Traitors, and recently admitted he rejected the chance to step foot into the famous castle.
However, the ex-EastEnders star is said to have had a change of heart, and he is now into 4/5 favourite on betting apps, from 11/8, to take part in this year's Celebrity Traitors.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Danny was always top of The Celebrity Traitors wish list but had zero interest until seeing the fun and games last autumn. As soon as his tune changed, it was all systems go.
"Danny is a reality TV booker’s dream signing and will be incredible value, as he’s naturally funny but in a totally different way to Alan Carr."

Inside No 9 star Steve Pemberton is a new entry in the market at 11/10, after he was said to be in talks with Celebrity Traitors bosses about signing up for the series.
It's thought that the Benidorm actor is being lined up as one of this year's "big dogs", tags which were given to the likes of Jonathan Ross and Stephen Fry last time out.
A TV insider told The Sun: "Signing Steve would fill the slot for a celebrity who is obsessed with the mechanics behind the programme. It was a role filled last year by Jonathan Ross, who was a long-time devotee and became one of the programme’s ‘big dogs’."
Fellow comedy actors Daisy May Cooper (Evens) and Ruth Jones (5/4) have also been heavily linked to the show.

Cheryl's Castle X Factor?
The music world was well represented during last year's Celebrity Traitors by singer Paloma Faith, who was the first Faithful to be murdered - in plain sight by her real-life pal Alan - as well as fellow performers Charlotte Church and Cat Burns.
Show bosses are said to be eyeing Girls Aloud star Cheryl Tweedy (5/6) for this year's series.
An insider told The Sun: "Cheryl is taking baby steps about returning to the limelight. Bosses know she would be a huge draw.
"They think she would be brilliant at playing the game. Especially as she is so straight-talking."

This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has also been linked with a jaunt in the Scottish Highlands later this year.
Celebrity Traitors bosses are said to be hoping the Great British Bake Off host will be "comedy gold", much like Chatty Man Alan, and she has previously said on This Morning: "I think I would be a good Faithful."
Alison is 6/4 to appear in this year's series, just in front of former England football manager Gareth Southgate (15/8).
The former Aston Villa captain previously hinted he could be taking part.
During a recent appearance on Virgin Radio, host Chris Evans asked Southgate if he would appear in Celebrity Traitors series two, and he replied: "Well..."
The pair then fist-bumped one another and Chris added: "They’ve reached out. I love it! Gareth, you’ve got to do it!"
Hollywood Heads To Scottish Highlands
Some Hollywood stars could also be heading to Ardross Castle soon.
Adolescence actress Erin Doherty - who has won numerous awards in Tinseltown for her stunning performance in the hard-hitting Netflix miniseries - is just 13/8 to take part in Celebrity Traitors series two, after revealing her love for the show.
Speaking to The Observer Magazine, she recently said: "From watching that show, I think I'd love it.
"I'm saying it now, but I would hate to be a Traitor. I just loved how much they all loved each other."

Fellow Hollywood actor Tom Hiddleston has also put his hat in the ring for a go at Celebrity Traitors.
Acting royalty Tom was recently asked whether he would consider taking part in the show or fellow BBC series Strictly Come Dancing, and he replied: "Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I’m a massive, massive fan of both."
The Night Manager star is 10/1 to feature in the next Celebrity Traitors series.
But actual royalty, Mike Tindall, is just 5/2, and weather presenting queen Carol Kirkwood, who announced this week she is leaving the BBC in April after 28 years, is a new 5/1 chance.

However, aspiring chef Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, who recently dropped a bombshell with a social media statement blasting his parents, Sir David and Victoria Beckham, is a 50/1 outsider.
A BBC spokesman said: "We’re not commenting on speculation but details about series two of The Celebrity Traitors will be announced in due course."
