EastEnders Latest Odds: Rob Kazinsky And Michelle Ryan Set For Walford Returns?

EastEnders saw in its 40th anniversary with a bang in February.
Iconic character Martin Fowler, who was 1/4 on betting sites to perish during the anniversary week episodes, sadly passed on after he was crushed by a metal beam following an explosion in the Queen Vic.
His daughter Bex Fowler (Jasmine Armfield) returned for his funeral, but since then, fans have been speculating about who else might make a Walford comeback this year.
Spoiler alert: New pictures have revealed that Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), who has been away from Albert Square after she played a part in causing the Vic explosion, will gatecrash Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) and her son Peter Beale's (Thomas Law) engagement party in an upcoming episode.
But who else could be back in the Square?
Slaters Set For Walford Comebacks?
Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) has been going off the rails following the death of her stepdad, Martin, and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) has also been struggling.
Some fans believe Stacey's brother Sean Slater may head back to Walford soon to save the family, and Star Trek: Section 31 star Rob Kazinsky is just 11/8 on betting apps to reprise his role later this year.
Sean was last seen on EastEnders in April 2022 when he appeared via video call.
But he isn't the only Slater linked to an Albert Square return.
In the first episode of EastEnders' 40th anniversary week, a framed picture of the Slater family was shown on screen, which some fans believe was a hint that a Slater comeback could be on the cards.
While that didn't materialise at the time, Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) is a 6/4 chance to be back in Walford before the year is up, and Little Mo Slater (Kacey Ainsworth) is 2/1.

Carter Clan To Return?
Another family who could receive a numbers boost this year is the Carters.
Family patriarch Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) hasn't been seen since 2022, when he disappeared at sea.
He is now presumed dead, but it was rumoured that he was set for a Square comeback during the 40th anniversary week.
Danny has insisted Mick is dead, but admitted before the 40th week that he would’ve been up for a comeback as part of a scene that could see Mick's wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) "drunk or hallucinating".
In March, the star admitted again that he would've been up for a return in the 40th week.
He said on The Late Late Show: "I do have a lot of people asking me about whether I'm going back, and I'll be honest, I would have gone back [for the soap's 40th anniversary] if they'd have asked me, but they didn't ask me.
"I think they've got the hump with me now, I don't know why!"
That could be after Danny recently admitted he was keen for Mick to depart the soap by taking his own life.
However, his storyline idea was rejected. Despite this, Mick is 3/1 for a return later in the year.
But perhaps his mother, Shirley Carter, played by Linda Henry, is more likely for a comeback.
Linda is just 7/4 to reprise her role, and it's 7/2 that Ted Lasso star Annette Badland is back as Aunt Babe.
Jailbird Janine
Mick was previously in a relationship with villain Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks).
Janine was sentenced to five years in prison for perverting the course of justice in May 2023, after she framed Linda for a car accident.
She also played a part in Mick getting lost at sea, which happened after a high-speed car chase.
It's since been revealed that Janine has given birth to Mick's son in prison.
However, she could serve around half of that sentence for good behaviour, meaning Janine could be released in late 2025.
The conniving character is just 5/2 to return to Walford later this year.
What's more, Joe Swash made a surprise cameo as his EastEnders alter-ego Mickey Miller last December.
The actor is 4/1 to be back again before the end of the year, while Dean Gaffney is 6/1 to return as Robbie Jackson.
