Andy's Tip 1: Bayer Leverkusen Vs Eintracht Frankfurt: Friday, 7.30pm

The post-Erik ten Hag era starts now, with former Denmark boss Kasper Hjulmand now at the helm after the Dutchman was fired just two games into the Bundesliga season.

Hjulmand’s side will play positive football and despite losing most of the double-winning team, they have brought in a lot of top-notch talent this summer including Eliesse Ben Seghir and Equi Fernandez.

The problem is we do not know what to expect just yet and nor does he, with the coach only in post for a few days and a whole new team to shape.

The opposite is true of Eintracht, who have scored seven in two games so far and look like the best placed side to trouble Bayern Munich at this early stage, with young stars Can Uzun and Jean-Matteo Bahoya leading the way and Hugo Ekitike barely missed.

Andy Brassell's Weekend Tips:

Andy's Tip 2: Juventus Vs Inter: Saturday 5pm

This edition of the Derby d’Italia is particularly mouthwatering, with Juve’s deadline-day signings of Lois Openda and Edon Zhegrova combining with Jonathan David, Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao to make up a potentially explosive front line.

Igor Tudor’s new-look team promise to turn heads, with Dusan Vlahovic having scored in both Serie A games off the bench as well.

Inter have done well not to throw the baby out with the bathwater after the difficult end to last season, in which three trophies slipped through their fingers.

They have averaged 18 shots per game in the nascent season, but the shock week two loss to Udinese has underlined a few defensive issues, with Alessandro Bastoni also looking erratic on international duty for Italy this week.

Andy's Tip 3: West Ham Vs Tottenham: Saturday 5.30pm

There are a number of reasons why the odds on betting apps for Tottenham to win are generous, but let’s start with the home team.

We can all be guilty of recency bias sometimes but let’s put West Ham’s good win at Nottingham Forest just before the international break into context.

Not just in the sense of the dying embers of the Nuno Espirito Santo era at Forest, but in that until the Hammers prove otherwise, it looks like a blip.

Graham Potter’s side started the season terribly and have serious problems at home, where their last win dates all the way back to the visit of doomed Leicester City at the end of February.

Speaking of blips, Thomas Frank and company will be out to prove the loss to Bournemouth was just that, and they can now call on the craft of Xavi Simons and the cutting edge of Randal Kolo Muani.
