Stoke Vs Sheffield Wednesday, Friday, 2pm
Friday's games harbour many potential storylines and plot twists at both ends of the table, but one encounter without such drama is Stoke at home to embattled Sheffield Wednesday.
My suspicion is that recently improved Stoke are ripe for three points on their own soil, a hunch which if accurate, would mean Mark Robins' squad will have collected 11 points from an available 15 in recent days.
The visitors arrive with tales of unrest in the camp following rumours of players twice being paid late, combined with manager Danny Rohl openly flirting with the vacant managerial role at former club Southampton.
Rohl was previously assistant to manager Ralph Hasenhuttl during his stint as boss at St Mary's, and hasn't disguised his admiration for the south coast outfit as they re-build before dropping back into the second tier.
Corresponding with his possible departure, his team's form has nosedived. Since winning away against both Plymouth and Norwich in March, Wednesday have suffered the ignominy of losing to neighbours United, before home defeats to Hull City and Oxford.
Add the frustration of allowing a two-goal lead to slip at Blackburn and you can soon see why Wednesday's end of season party might not be the jolliest of affairs.
This has been a campaign to forget for both Stoke and Wednesday, but at 5/4 with betting apps, I can't resist putting the Potters in as leg one to continue their improved form and send the visitors home empty handed.

Watford Vs Burnley, Friday, 3pm
On Friday night Leeds go to Oxford, and by then they may well be playing catch up behind Burnley, with Scott Parker's men in action at Watford earlier in the day.
The Clarets take their notoriously mean defensive unit to Vicarage Road to take on a Hornets side who look as though the season has already ended for them.
No play-offs, only two wins in eight of late, nothing to play for, not a care in the world. Watford have been performing like a side for whom summer holidays are top of their priorities.
Second only on goal difference, Parker's charges have still only conceded an astonishing 13 goals in 42 games, and are bidding to do the double over Watford having beaten them just before Christmas.
At 4/5, football betting sites have seen them coming, but I think they'll win, bolstering a record which has seen them take 13 of the 15 most recently available points.
If they do, let's see how Leeds respond.
Tom Lee's Panel Tip 2: Burnley To Beat Watford - 4/5 With William Hill
Tom's double on Stoke and Burnley to win pays around 3/1 with William Hill.
