National Television Awards 2025 Odds: Claudia Winkleman Sets Sights On Hat-Trick

The National Television Awards 2025 nominations shortlist has been confirmed, sparking some competitive markets on betting sites.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! co-hosts Ant and Dec are aiming to win their 24th TV Presenter accolade in a row - but could their incredible NTAs run finally come to an end this year?
Strictly Come Dancing is also on an impressive winning streak. The BBC show aims to earn its 10th consecutive Talent Show trophy at this year's NTAs, which take place on September 10 at London's The O2.
Gavin & Stacey was a huge hit when the comedy returned for its last-ever episode on Christmas Day, and viewers were glued to their screens in mid-March when Netflix megahit Adolescence provoked serious debate about the impact of social media.
24th Time Unlucky For Ant & Dec?
One of the stories of the NTAs year upon year is Ant and Dec once again clinching the TV Presenter award.
Some have said their historic feat has made a mockery of the category, because the pair are pretty much a shoo-in each year, but others have marvelled at the I'm A Celebrity duo's consistency.
It is quite incredible to win an award 23 times on the trot, and Ant and Dec are odds-on to make it 24 straight successes.
If the TV Presenter category was decided by a panel, it’s highly unlikely Ant and Dec would've had such a long winning streak.
NTAs 2025: TV Presenter Odds
Presenter | Odds | Probability |
Ant & Dec | 2/7 | 77.8% |
Claudia Winkleman | 2/1 | 33.3% |
Alison Hammond | 4/1 | 20% |
Gary Lineker | 5/1 | 16.7% |
Stacey Solomon | 7/1 | 12.5% |
Not because of their ability, but because fans of some other hosts would've taken to social media in uproar.
However, the presenting duo are just 2/7 on betting apps to triumph in the fan-voted category once again.
Despite this, TV presenter Claudia Winkleman becomes a stronger candidate each year.
She sparkles on Strictly, opposite co-host Tess Daly, and she has won many more fans for her work fronting The Traitors.
Claudia is 2/1 second favourite to finally topple Ant and Dec, and it wouldn't be a huge surprise if this were the year she managed it.
What's more, Claudia could be up on the NTAs stage alongside her Traitors bosses, because the BBC show, which is dubbed the "ultimate game of deception", is 4/6 favourite to win the Reality Competition gong for a third year in a row.
NTAs 2025: Reality Competition Odds
Show | Odds | Probability |
The Traitors | 4/6 | 60% |
I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! | 6/4 | 40% |
Love Island | 2/1 | 33.3% |
Race Across The World | 4/1 | 20% |
Claudia's Hat-Trick?
Claudia could even earn a hat-trick on the night - if Talent Show favourite Strictly (1/3) also wins.
The BBC Latin and ballroom show won its ninth Talent Show prize in a row last year - but it wasn't favourite ahead of the 2024 ceremony.
While the programme is usually the frontrunner to triumph, Strictly came into the 2024 NTAs with some controversy, after several former celebrity contestants complained about their time on the Latin and ballroom show.
However, Strictly still won the Talent Show prize.
If ever there was a year Strictly might come unstuck, it was surely 2024 - but the show's loyal fans stuck by their beloved ballroom show.
Strictly bosses and stars are likely to be back on stage collecting another Talent Show trophy this year, after comedian Chris McCausland - the show's first ever blind contestant - captured the hearts of the nation by dancing to victory in 2024.
Britain’s Got Talent (7/4) and The Great British Bake Off (2/1) are Strictly's biggest competition, but McCausland's inspirational performances look set to help Strictly clinch the prize.
NTAs 2025: Talent Show Odds
Talent Show | Odds | Probability |
Strictly Come Dancing | 1/3 | 75% |
Britain's Got Talent | 7/4 | 36.4% |
The Great British Bake Off | 2/1 | 33.3% |
The Great Pottery Throw Down | 5/1 | 16.7% |
The Voice UK | 8/1 | 11.1% |
