Saturday BTTS Tips: Premier League Relegation Scrap Included In 8/1 Weekend Acca

Premier League players have no time to rest from their midweek exertions and nor do The Panel for their latest set of both teams to score acca on Grand National weekend.

Although two of Tuesday’s four selections came good, including Arsenal’s 2-1 victory over Fulham, Fylde were actually unlucky to lose 2-0 at Aldershot, and Reading hit the post at the death in their 3-0 defeat at Blackpool.

Hopefully, The Panel can enter the winners’ enclosure with Saturday’s BTTS predictions which can be backed at more than 8/1 on the best betting sites.

BTTS Tips: Ipswich Vs Wolves

Relegation-threatened Ipswich secured their first Premier League win of 2025 on Tuesday night when goals from Nathan Broadhead and Liam Delap sealed a surprising 2-1 win at Bournemouth.

The Tractor Boys remain nine points adrift of Saturday’s opponents Wolves with eight games remaining, so it’s evident that only a victory will suffice for Kieran McKenna’s side.

Seven of Town’s last eight matches have involved goals at both ends and one of their four victories this season came at Molineux where Jack Taylor’s last-gasp header clinched a dramatic 2-1 win.

Only three Premier League clubs have a better both teams to score record away from home than Wolves, who have kept just two clean sheets on the road this season.

If they are to reduce the gap on their relegation rivals, Ipswich must go for broke on Saturday when both teams to score can be backed at 5/6 on football betting sites.

Both Teams To Score Acca: Crystal Palace Vs Brighton

One of the more unusual rivalries gets the nod as the next of The Panel’s BTTS tips as Crystal Palace host European hopefuls Brighton, who are looking to bounce back from a 3-0 midweek home defeat to Aston Villa.

Prior to Wednesday’s loss, the Seagulls had scored and conceded in three successive Premier League matches and they were beaten 3-1 by Palace in the reverse fixture in mid-December.

The Eagles have an outside chance of playing in Europe next season, but Wednesday’s 1-1 draw at relegation-bound Southampton did not help their cause, although it would have been a lot worse had substitute Matheus Franca not come to the rescue in stoppage time.

Interestingly, Oliver Glasner’s side had ticked the BTTS box in eight consecutive game at Selhurst Park until they shut out Ipswich in a 1-0 victory last month.

Hopefully, they can get back to scoring and conceding against a Brighton team inside the top eight of the expected goals table for attack and defence.

The last three meetings between these teams have produced goals at both ends and going back further it stands at eight from nine, so it makes sense to add this match as the next leg at 13/20 with betting apps.

Both Teams To Score Predictions: Peterborough Vs Northampton

The final two BTTS tips come from League One, starting with the Nene derby between Peterborough and Northampton which is available at 7/10 with William Hill.

The Posh maintained their place at the top of the BTTS table in the third tier in a remarkable game during the week when a first half hat-trick from Abraham Odoh sent the visitors into the break 3-2 ahead at Crawley.

However, it took a Ricky-Jade Jones penalty in the seventh minute of stoppage time to secure a 4-3 victory for Darren Ferguson’s men.

On the same night, Northampton lost 2-0 at home to Rotherham, but they have scored and conceded in seven of their previous nine outings.

They have also scored in five successive away games, conceding in four of them, and they beat Peterborough 2-1 earlier in the season, so this match has all the ingredients needed for the Saturday both teams to score tips.

BTTS Acca: Birmingham Vs Barnsley

The last leg of the four-fold may look like a gamble, but Championship-bound Birmingham have hit the BTTS bull’s-eye in their last four games, all of which came against teams in the bottom half of the division.

Barnsley’s play-off hopes are starting to look like a distant memory after they extended their winless streak to six games with a 2-1 home defeat by Exeter during the week.

The Tykes, like the League One leaders, have now scored and conceded four games in a row and they also lost 2-1 to Birmingham at Oakwell in December.

Additionally, they have the third best away record in the third tier, winning 10 of their 20 games – the same as Birmingham and third-placed Wycombe.

It’s hard to ignore two sides with recent form for scoring and conceding to be priced at 10/11, so they wrap up Saturday’s both teams to score tips.
