Tottenham’s Decline And Fan Frustration

Dan urges Spurs supporters to ease off the boos, arguing the club’s problems run far deeper than recent results.

A mounting injury list and a failure to properly rebuild after their 2019 Champions League final appearance are highlighted as key factors behind their struggles.

The group agrees Tottenham never truly reinvested after losing key players, leaving the squad short of quality and depth.

While frustration is understandable, the panel suggests patience is needed, especially given the structural issues that have been allowed to linger for years.

United, City And The Bigger Picture

The conversation then shifts to Manchester United and City, with KG questioning whether Ruben Amorim’s dismissal was fully justified.

He suggests media appearances may have influenced perceptions, while Thomas Tuchel is floated as a potential solution for United’s ongoing instability.

Conversation moves on to how the club need to finally step out from Sir Alex Ferguson’s shadow and look forward.

City’s future is also debated, with Buvey arguing they remain the stronger project, even if they may never eclipse United in stature.

From Jack Grealish’s impact to whether a genuine title race still exists, the episode wraps up with some bold predictions for Sunday.

For the short term Carrick will calm United down, but in the summer they need to bring in a world class manager.
