Volatile Markets, Spillanes Tower And Chasers To Follow

Tony Keenan opens by highlighting how volatile the ante-post markets with horse racing betting sites are right now, with prices reacting sharply to every run.

That leads into a lively debate on Spillanes Tower, after trainer Jimmy Mangan was criticised for taking him out of the Betfair Chase following a poor hurdles effort.

Tony firmly defends Mangan, suggesting he simply knows his horse, calling Spillanes Tower “just a wrong’un” who “cocked his jaw” when asked for an effort.

The focus then switches to horses to follow as Diarmuid claims that Mambonumberfive and Hidden History as superb over fences.

Stephen is hugely taken with Lisbane Park, believing the Tizzard team may have something special on their hands.

Pundits, Power Rankings And A Notebook Pick

Away from the serious form chat, the lads have some fun taking aim at “boring” racing pundits, before returning to business by rating the top 10 chasers in training.

Strong views, lively exchanges and a few surprise rankings keep things entertaining from start to finish.

The episode rounds off with a notebook horse from last week, giving punters one more name to follow as the season gathers pace.

But, you'll have to watch to find out who it is!
