Amazon Slots Casino Review (2026) - Weekly Cashback
Amazon Slots is another casino from one of the UK's most established online casino operators.
Its games library covers a wide range of slots, progressive jackpots and live casino tables.
Alongside its unusual welcome bonus, the casino offers several ongoing promotions, including daily free spins and weekly cashback.
In this review, I'll take a closer look at its games, bonuses, banking options and overall player experience.
Amazon Slots is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a UK-based gaming operator.
This site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) - licence no. 39175.
Amazon Slots offers new players the chance to win up to 500 free spins as their welcome bonus.
Amazon Slots Casino Promo Code
You don't need a promo code to claim this bonus.
How It Works
- Deposit a minimum of £10
- You will then receive a spin of the Mega Reel where you can win up to 500 free spins
- The free spins are worth £0.10 each and are valid for seven days
- The maximum amount you can win from this bonus is £250
Wagering Requirements
The free spins bonus comes with 10x wagering attached.
This must be cleared before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Is the Amazon Slots Casino Bonus Worth It?
While the headline offer of 500 free spins is certainly eye-catching, it isn't the most generous welcome bonus available on the UK market.
That said, a spend of just £10 gives players the chance to unlock a substantial number of free spins, making this a relatively accessible promotion.
The £250 maximum win limit is another positive, sitting comfortably above the £100 industry standard.
Key Benefits:
✔️ Win Hundreds of Free Spins - New players have the chance to win up to 500 free spins
✔️ Large Maximum Win Limit - The £250 max win limit is far above the industry standard
Who Is This Bonus Best For?
✔️ This free spins bonus is ideal for lower-stakes slot players
Amazon Slots has a busy calendar of ongoing promotions to keep players coming back.
These include:
- Daily Wheel - Spin for free every day for the chance to win free spins
- Weekly Cashback - Receive 5% cashback on any net losses each week
Instead of offering a traditional VIP program to reward loyal players, they have Amazon Slots Club - a gamified trophy-based rewards system.
They rewards players with trophies for trying new casino games, playing at certain times and reaching gameplay milestones.
Every five trophies earns you a new club level and a free spin on the Mega Reel, with better prizes available as you progress.
Collect 200 trophies in total to join the 200 Club and receive a free £10 Amazon voucher, on top of your Mega Reel rewards.
Amazon Slots accepts a wide range of payment methods, including debit cards, Paypal, Skrill and Neteller.
They also accept Apple Pay, Pay by Mobile and Paysafecard, but only for deposits.
When testing the site, I was disappointed by the withdrawal times, with my debit card withdrawal taking more than 48 hours to arrive after I had completed KYC.
It should also be noted that every withdrawal made from this site will incur a £2.50 transaction fee.
Any new players at Amazon Slots will need to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
In order to do this, you will need to supply the casino with a:
- Proof of Identity - Passport or driving licence
- Proof of Address - Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months
When I tested the site, it took roughly 36 hours for my account to be verified.
Amazon Slots offers a library of 1,000+ casino games, covering everything from classic online slots and progressive jackpots to live casino and arcade games.
Varied Slot Selection
The casino features hundreds of slots, including UK classics, Megaways titles and new releases.
Games are neatly organised into categories such as Favourites, Our Picks, UK Classics and Gameshow Classics, making it easy to find something to play.
30+ Progressive Jackpots
Amazon Slots offers 30+ progressive jackpot games, all supplied by Eyecon.
While these don't offer the enormous prize pools found on major jackpot networks, they provide a decent selection for jackpot enthusiasts.
Limited Live Casino
The live casino features 40+ tables from Playtech Live and Pragmatic Play Live, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and live game shows.
It's a relatively modest selection compared to larger UK casino sites.
Limited Table Games
The RNG table game selection is also fairly small, consisting mainly of different blackjack and roulette variants.
Arcade Games
Amazon Slots also caters to the growing popularity of arcade-style games in the UK, with well-known titles including FlyX, Hi-Lo and Plinko.
Amazon Slots has a mobile casino app that can be downloaded on both iOS and Android devices.
- App Store - 4.1★ (450+ reviews)
- Google Play Store - 1.9★ (580+ reviews)
While the iOS app receives largely positive reviews, its Google Play rating is considerably lower, with some players reporting delays in identity verification (KYC) and withdrawals.
Amazon Slots offers several customer support options, including live chat, email and a comprehensive FAQ section.
However, live support is only available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm.
I tested the live chat during these hours and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer support experiences I've encountered while reviewing UK casinos.
The chatbot repeatedly asked me to rephrase my question, with no clear way to reach a human agent. After dozens of attempts, I eventually gave up without getting an answer.
Amazon Slots offers a broad selection of safer gambling tools, including deposit limits, net deposit limits, take a break and self exclusion.
They also offer direct access to a number of gambling charities, including GamCare, Beacon Counselling Trust and The Samaritans.

There are a number of things to consider before you sign up to Amazon Slots:
Limited Live Casino
With just 40+ live casino tables, Amazon Slots offers a relatively limited selection compared to other UK casinos.
Customer Service Concerns
Their live chat support was one of the worst I have tested at UK casinos.
Beyond being available just seven hours a day, the chatbot support I received did not assist me in the slightest.
Slower Withdrawals
While a good number of UK casinos will process your withdrawals immediately, it can take up to three working days for Amazon Slots to process a withdrawal.
Withdrawal Fees
I was disappointed to see that every withdrawal you make from this site will incur a £2.50 transaction fee.
Amazon Slots is a solid UK casino with plenty to offer, although there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome.
The unique welcome bonus gives new players the chance to win up to 500 free spins, while the library of 1,000+ games provides a decent mix of slots, jackpots, live casino and arcade titles.
Regular promotions, including the Daily Wheel and Weekly Cashback, add further value for existing players.
That said, there are some drawbacks worth considering. The live casino selection is relatively limited, withdrawal times could be quicker, and withdrawal fees are disappointing. Customer support was another weak point during my testing, with the live chat experience falling well short of expectations.
Overall, Amazon Slots has some appealing features, particularly its promotions and slot selection, but improvements to its banking options and customer service would make it a much more competitive choice in the UK market.
