No Premier League manager has lost his job yet this season, and the best betting sites are waiting to see who will ‘win’ the sack race.
Julen Lopetegui departed Wolverhampton Wanderers on the eve of the big kick-off, but since then all 20 coaches that began the campaign remain in position.
But with a busy period coming up in December, one or two bosses may be beginning to get nervous.

Heckingbottom And Ten Hag Lead Sack Race Betting List
Sheffield United are only third-bottom of the Premier League but their manager, Paul Heckingbottom, is the strong favourite to lose his job first.
Football betting sites offer a price of 5/2 on there to be a change at Bramall Lane before anywhere else.
In a sense that would be harsh. Heckingbottom got United promoted and had to deal with financial constraints over the summer. But poor results make him vulnerable.
Erik ten Hag is next at 4/1. He did a good job at Old Trafford last term, securing a third-place finish in the Premier League and winning the EFL Cup.
But the club have gone backwards since then and has led to bookmakers offering odds on who could be the next Manchester United manager.
Kompany And Iraola Among Contenders
Vincent Kompany’s Burnley are bottom of the table as the Premier League gets set to resume after the November international break.
Championship champions in 2022/23, the Clarets have struggled to adapt to life back in the top flight.
Kompany is adamant he will not change his style of play, even though it has left Burnley far too exposed defensively.
Burnley fans will hope results will pick up soon, but if they do not Kompany could pay the ultimate price. The Belgian can be backed at 6/1 with Luckster to go next.
Andoni Iraola’s odds have lengthened to 10/1 after he oversaw victories over Burnley and Newcastle United.
Bournemouth are now out of the relegation zone, but it is too early to say they have turned a corner under the former Rayo Vallecano boss.
Howe And Cooper Should Be Fine For Now
Given how much Newcastle have improved on his watch, it is a surprise to see Eddie Howe available at such short odds as 10/1 with Leon.
The Magpies punched above their weight to finish in the top four last season, and they are very much in the mix for Champions League qualification again this time around.
Still, Newcastle’s owners are ambitious and Howe is not exactly the biggest name in the managerial world. A sustained downturn in form could lead to questions being asked.
Steve Cooper has done a similarly excellent job at Nottingham Forest. Nevertheless, he is sixth on the list at 14/1 because the club’s owner, Evangelos Marinakis, is known to be trigger-happy.
Moyes And Pochettino Among The Dark Horses
One way or another, this will probably be David Moyes’ final season at West Ham United.
He will go down as one of the club’s greatest ever managers after winning the Europa Conference League last term, but West Ham are likely to go in a different direction in 2024/25.
Moyes is a dark horse on this list at 25/1. West Ham’s form has been mixed so far, but they remain in the top half of the Premier League table and are on the verge of reaching the knockout phase of the Europa League – so the Scot should be safe for now.
The same is true for Mauricio Pochettino, also priced at 25/1. Chelsea have shown signs of promise of late, and they will surely stick with the Argentine until next season at the earliest.
Silva And Edwards Are Both Longer Shots
Marco Silva and Rob Edwards are both available at 33/1 with betting apps.
The Fulham head coach recently signed a new contract at Craven Cottage, but his side are in danger of being sucked into a relegation battle.
Still, Silva has plenty of credit in the bank for taking Fulham back into the Premier League and keeping them there in impressive fashion last season.
Edwards also retains the faith of the Luton Town board and fan base.
He did brilliantly to win the play-offs last time out and he is making the most of the resources at his disposal.
Luton have looked competitive so far (even though they lack proven top-flight quality), so the former Watford boss looks safe for a while longer yet.
