Outside of work, Shannon is still an avid sports fan; her favorite is (surprise!) football, and she’s a die-hard New York Giants fan. Growing up watching NFL games with her family sparked her interest in a career in sports.
When she’s not watching or writing about sports, she practices yoga, dotes on her dog, and travels. She’s had the great honor of attending four Super Bowls, three NFL Drafts, two NFL Combines, and the first-ever regular-season game in Germany.
She’s explored U.S. sportsbooks and casinos nationwide; in fact, she first learned how to play casino games on the Bellagio floor in Las Vegas—which is where she met her husband!
