Saturday's Both Teams To Score Tips: 10/1 Acca From The Football League

With just two Premier League games kicking off at 3pm this weekend, The Panel are concentrating on the Football League for their both teams to score tips.

Last week’s BTTS acca was disappointing, but the column remains in profit (12 pts) thanks to 12/1 and 8/1 successes in August.

Hopefully, The Panel can get back on track with Saturday’s both teams to score predictions which can be backed in a four-fold at 10/1 with one of the betting sites.

BTTS Tips: Blackburn Vs Southampton

Southampton rule the roost in the Championship’s both teams to score table with an 82% record and they can be backed at 4/5 to improve that run at Ewood Park.

Furthermore, Saints have scored and conceded in all six games away from home this season, including the games at Derby and Sheffield United, teams that are also in the bottom seven like Blackburn.

Despite their lowly position, Will Still’s side have the fourth best attack in the expected goals (xG) table, but have only kept two clean sheets this season.

Blackburn fans are unhappy with the way things are going under Valerien Ismael, but Rovers have only once failed to score at home this season – and even then, the hosts were down to 10 men just before the break.

Despite having the third leakiest defence in the division, only Coventry and Middlesbrough allow fewer quality chances than the Lancastrians, who also have the fourth worst attack in xG terms.

Clearly, they are a gamble, but hopefully Southampton will prove generous away from home once again.

The Panel's Saturday BTTS Predictions: October 25

Both Teams To Score Acca: Millwall Vs Leicester

Millwall are motoring under Alex Neil and face Leicester this weekend aiming for a fourth successive victory in the Championship.

Femi Azeez scored in his third successive game during the Lions’ impressive 2-0 midweek win against Stoke which lifted them into third spot.

That scoreline means not one of Millwall’s six home matches this season have ticked the both teams to score box, but Leicester are a different proposition.

City have scored and conceded in five successive matches and have only once failed to find the net, a goalless draw with leaders Coventry for which they can easily be forgiven.

Leicester have the second best BTTS record in the Championship, both overall (73%) and away from home (83%), so The Panel are on board this match at 10/11 with some football betting sites.

BTTS Predictions: Stevenage Vs Bradford

The next selection involves a League One promotion battle between top-three sides Stevenage and Bradford which can also be backed at 10/11 on betting apps.

Boro have won all five games at home this season and conceded just once, but The Panel are optimistic that will change on Saturday afternoon.

Alex Revell’s side have yet to play any of the teams in a congested top five and Bradford head to Broadhall Way with the best both teams to score record in the division.

Only two of their 12 matches have failed to hit the BTTS bull’s-eye and there were goals at both ends in all three of their matches against the other top-five sides: Cardiff, Stockport and AFC Wimbledon.

BTTS Acca: Swindon Vs Colchester

Finally, The Panel like the chances of goals at both ends in the League Two clash between second-placed Swindon and in-form Colchester.

The visitors are climbing towards the top half of the table on the back of a three-match winning run, but for the purposes of this column it’s more important to note they have scored and conceded in five consecutive games.

Unsurprisingly, Danny Cowley’s side top the BTTS table in League Two at 77% and they have had some high-scoring games lately, including a 6-2 win against Chesterfield which came a week after a 4-2 defeat at Fleetwood.

The Us have scored at least twice in their last four outings ahead of their trip to Swindon, who have one of the most potent attacks and leakiest defences in the division.

The second-placed Robins have only twice failed to score this season and have just three clean sheets.

Add to the mix that this fixture has ended 3-2 and 2-2 in the last two seasons, it’s clear why this match is the final leg from Saturday’s four-fold.
