World Cup Celebrity Odds: The Favourites To Attend England And Scotland Games

World Cup fever is set to grip England and Scotland in the coming days, as the British nations take part in the 2026 spectacle.
While the main action will, of course, be on the pitch, the TV cameras will pick out several celebrities over the course of the tournament, and England and Scotland are hotly tipped on betting sites to be well backed by several stars of their own.
Welcome To Miami
Sir David Beckham is 1/4 favourite on betting apps to cheer England on from the stands at some point during the World Cup.
This year's tournament is taking place in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
If all goes to plan for the favourites in the tournament, England could meet Brazil in the quarter-finals in Miami - a city Beckham knows all too well.
The former England captain is the co-owner of MLS club Inter Miami, and also previously played for LA Galaxy at the end of his glittering football career.
England are currently at a pre-World Cup camp base in Miami, so it is slightly surprising that Becks seems to be at his Cotswold home tending to his chickens.
But no doubt Beckham will be there when the action kicks off, especially if England make the latter stages of the competition.

One star who is highly likely to be at England's first fixture, against Croatia on June 17, is Jeremy Clarkson.
The former Top Gear presenter-turned-farming aficionado is a 2/7 shot to be in Arlington, Texas, where England will line up against Croatia.
According to The Sunday Times, the Clarkson's Farm star will have a break from the farm to cheer on the Three Lions in person.

Royal Seal Of Approval
Thomas Tuchel's men are also highly likely to be backed by royalty in North America and Mexico.
Avid football fan Prince William showed just how much his beloved Aston Villa meant to him last season by attending several of their Europa League games, including the final in Istanbul last month.
William is also the President of the Football Association, and will no doubt be at the World Cup to support England.
He is just 1/3 to be there at some point, and that will be an even shorter price should England go far in the tournament.
Several singers who have history of supporting England at games, including Ed Sheeran (8/15), Mick Jagger (4/6), Dua Lipa (Evens) and Adele (11/10), are also skinny odds to make the trip to the US, as is 6/4 shot Harry Styles.
While the singer is currently gearing up to begin a 12-date residence at London's Wembley Stadium on June 12, as part of his Together, Together concert tour, Harry still might be able to make it to the World Cup for the Round of 16 or Quarter-finals - thanks to a convenient tour break.
Harry appears to be free between July 4, the conclusion of his Wembley residency, and July 17, when the One Direction star will play at Sao Paulo Estadio do MorumBIS.

SuBo's Scotland Support
While Scotland aren't always well backed in terms of their outright price for major tournaments, they will have plenty of support, in terms of their famous Tartan Army, at World Cup 2026.
Former Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle has already thrown her support behind Scotland in an Irn-Bru World Cup advert, which also featured Scottish star John McGinn.
And it wouldn't be a surprise to see SuBo cheer on her beloved Scotland in North America and Mexico.
She is 10/11 favourite to lead the charge of Scottish stars across the pond, followed by actor Martin Compston (Evens).

Martin Compston | Evens | 50% |
Ewan McGregor | 11/10 | 47.6% |

Lorraine Kelly | 13/8 | 38.1% |
Lewis Capaldi | 15/8 | 34.8% |
Jack Lowden | 3/1 | 25% |
Andy Murray | 5/1 | 16.7% |
Amy MacDonald | 8/1 | 11.1% |
Niall Horan | 10/1 | 9.1% |
When Scotland qualified, a delighted Martin - who lives in Las Vegas - wrote on his Instagram Story: "It's actually happening. 30 odd years we've been waiting!!! World Cup here we come, party at mine!!"
However, Compston might have a stumbling block.
It's thought he might currently be shooting Line of Duty series seven, but he may still be able to attend some of the later fixtures if filming is wrapped up by then.
However, history isn't on his side, because Scotland have never advanced beyond the group stage at a World Cup.
Other Scots who might make the trip include actor Ewan McGregor (11/10), who was part of a powerful video used by the Scottish FA to announce the World Cup squad.
Fellow Hollywood actor James McAvoy (5/4) and Lorraine Kelly (13/8) may also fly over to the US, Mexico and Canada.
What's more, while he's nae Scottish, Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan - of One Direction fame - has confirmed he will be cheering on Scotland in this year's World Cup.
Speaking recently, he said: "I think I'm going to go with the Scottish, they're our Celtic brothers, you know, I'm going to stick with them."
Niall is 10/1 to turn up to one of Scotland's games at the World Cup.
