RG24seven Launches RG-CERTIFIED Compliance Training

RG24seven Launches RG-CERTIFIED Compliance Training

RG24seven Virtual Training has launched RG-CERTIFIED, a compliance training programme built specifically for gaming operators, regulators, suppliers and other gaming organisations. The company announced the launch on September 15, 2026, positioning the product as an expansion of its existing training catalogue.

RG-CERTIFIED gives land-based and online gaming staff access to expert-led courses covering responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, human trafficking awareness, cybersecurity, sports betting, tribal gaming and regulatory compliance.

Built For Gaming, Not Adapted From It

RG24seven says the programme differs from generic corporate training providers that repackage general compliance content for casino environments. RG-CERTIFIED combines interactive learning with knowledge assessments, certificates of completion, real-time learner tracking and audit-ready reporting, features aimed at helping operators satisfy regulator requirements during compliance reviews.

"RG-CERTIFIED was built by the gaming industry, for the gaming industry," said Wendy Anderson, chief executive of RG24seven. "By combining gaming expertise, compliance-grade content, and audit-ready reporting, RG-CERTIFIED helps organisations strengthen compliance while creating safer, stronger gaming environments."

Anderson added that better-trained staff support safer gambling environments across the board. "RG24seven has always believed that better-trained employees help create safer, stronger gaming environments," she said. "RG-CERTIFIED builds on that mission by providing operators and regulators with a training solution that is easy and practical for employees, valuable for management, and dependable when compliance matters most."

Sits Alongside The Free RG-ONE Programme

RG24seven already runs RG-ONE, a complimentary onboarding and refresher programme it introduced in February 2026 for new hires and existing staff. RG-ONE is a one-hour, once-a-year virtual course covering responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, human trafficking awareness, compliance and tribal gaming, and it is free of charge for both land-based and online operators.

Garrett Farnes, executive director of responsible gaming at MGM Resorts International, presents part of the RG-ONE course, while Travis Foley, chief government and regulatory officer at BMM Testlabs, said at its launch that the programme helps ensure staff understand day-to-day compliance expectations rather than treating training as a box-ticking exercise.

The company positions RG-CERTIFIED as the next step once staff complete that initial RG-ONE course, giving operators a fuller pathway from onboarding through advanced, role-specific compliance education rather than a single one-off session.

Tighter Regulations

Gaming companies increasingly need documented, auditable staff training as regulators tighten expectations around anti-money laundering checks and responsible gambling duty of care. A structured, sector-specific programme with an independent certification stamp gives compliance teams a paper trail they can point to during a licence review, rather than relying on generic corporate modules that were never built with gaming rules in mind.

BMM Testlabs, the lab certifying RG-CERTIFIED's content, tests gaming products and systems for regulators and operators in jurisdictions worldwide, and its involvement is meant to give compliance teams independent assurance that the training material itself meets the standard regulators expect, rather than taking the training provider's word for it. That certification model mirrors how RG24seven built RG-ONE, its existing free onboarding course, which BMM Testlabs also signed off on when it launched in February 2026.

RG-CERTIFIED is available now to gaming organisations worldwide. RG24seven says interested operators, regulators and suppliers can contact the company directly to arrange a demonstration.
