The Masters 2026: Check Out The Panel's Five Each-Way Selections From Augusta

The azaleas are in full bloom and the legendary Green Jacket is neatly pressed which can mean only one thing - The Masters is back!

Rory McIlroy is the 10/1 second favourite on betting sites for a successful title defence after becoming the sixth man to complete the career grand slam with last year's dramatic play-off victory over Justin Rose.

However, world number one Scottie Scheffler is the 5/1 frontrunner for a third Masters title, despite his preparations being hampered by the impending arrival of his second child which led to his withdrawal from the Houston Open.

But, the American is hardly in peak form, having failed to notch a top 10 in his last three appearances, so he could be one to avoid from a betting perspective ahead of the first major of the year.

That will be music to the ears of McIlroy, but Tiger Woods was the last player to win back-to-back titles at this iconic course in 2002, so perhaps it would pay dividends to look elsewhere for this year's Masters betting tips.

With the in-form Collin Morikawa struggling with a back injury, could we have another shock winner on our hands, just like Danny Willett in 2016 when he capitalised on Jordan Spieth's back-nine meltdown?

Augusta National can have that effect on some golfers, a stretching par-72 which plays every inch of its 7,565 yards because of the way the fairways are mown towards the tee.

It tests every facet of a player's game, and although bombers tend to fare well here, accurate iron play is also a key ingredient to success, bearing in mind the last five winners have featured in the top two of the Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green metric.

Twelve months ago, The Panel enjoyed each-way success on 60/1 shot Patrick Reed, who finished outright third, just a couple of shots behind McIlroy and Rose.

Although elite players have dominated the last nine editions, The Panel are once again looking further down the field to see who could spring a surprise at each-way prices for the 90th edition of The Masters.

Masters Tips 2026: Henley A Reliable Sort

Russell Henley is an old friend of The Panel, who correctly tipped him to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational a year ago at 35/1 and there is every reason to believe he could go well in Georgia.

Although he is not the longest, Henley finished sixth in the SG: Tee-to-Green stats last season and he has a decent record at Augusta which is just a two-hour drive from his place of birth in Macon.

Despite missing the cut 12 months ago, Henley had made the weekend in his previous seven appearances, including an impressive fourth spot in 2023, the year Jon Rahm won by four strokes.

The quiet American has been very consistent in 2026, posting five top 20s in six outings.

Sixth at Bay Hill and 13th at Sawgrass, Henley is showing the kind of form needed to tame a tough course like Augusta.

He may not be a household name, but Henley is inside the world's top 10 and looks a decent each-way shout at 66/1 with Betfred which is offering six places.

US Masters Predictions: Reed Back In The Plan

The man delivered last year and there is every reason to believe he can do so again, although his performance last year means his odds are much shorter this time around.

Experience of Augusta is vital to the chances of success and Reed has got plenty of that.

He won here in 2018, has finished inside the top 10 in four of his last six visits to Augusta, and his love for this golf course radiates through every swing he makes.

The 35-year-old Texan left LIV Golf at the start of the year and wasted no time making his mark on his return, winning twice on the DP World Tour, of which he is an honorary lifetime member.

Reed will return to the PGA Tour in 2027, but can compete as a non-member from August.

However, his victories in the Middle East at the Dubai Desert Classic and Qatar Masters suggest his game is in great nick and that he can still compete against the big guns, despite only winning one title on the LIV Golf Tour.

The Panel got him at a great price last year, but reckon there is still some juice in the 35/1 offered by a couple of betting apps.

Masters Each-Way Tips: Conners Can Serve Up A Treat

Corey Conners, like Reed, has posted top-10 finishes in four of his past six previous appearances at Augusta National, but his odds are much more appealing at 66/1 with BoyleSports.

The Canadian has missed very few cuts in the last couple of years and seems to be coming into form for one of the most challenging tests in golf.

Top-15 finishes at Sawgrass and Copperhead suggest he is peaking just in time for another assault on Augusta where he hit a hole-in-one on the sixth hole during his third round five years ago.

Last year, he was inside the top three from Thursday to Saturday, but was left with a "sour taste" after a closing 75 meant he finished in a tie for seventh.

Conners is not the longest off the tee, but he comes into his own with his irons and hopefully he can make amends for last year's disappointment.

US Masters Outright Tips: Full English A Tasty Prospect

Harris English has always enjoyed the challenge of major golf, especially the grind of a US Open, and 2026 could be the year he finally breaks his duck and lands a big one.

Since missing the cut on his Augusta debut in 2014, English has played the weekend in all five appearances and last year posted a career-best 12th at The Masters, courtesy of a closing 68.

That was the start of a superb year in the majors for the 36-year-old from Georgia, who was runner-up at both the USPGA Championship and The Open, finishing five and four shots behind Scheffler respectively on both occasions.

English hits the ball in excess of 300 yards and had positive numbers in all but one of the significant Strokes Gained metrics 12 months ago which suggests he is comfortable on this course.

The first few months of the season have been consistent, finishing between 22nd and 28th in seven of his eight tournaments, a run spoilt by a missed cut at The Players Championship.

A five-time winner on the PGA Tour, most recently at Torrey Pines at the start of 2025, English has potential for another decent run at 90/1 with Bet365, which is offering eight places.

The Masters Each-Way Tips: Fox In The Box

The last of The Masters betting tips is a speculative 175/1 on Ryan Fox, who had a superb year on the PGA Tour last year, winning the Myrtle Beach Classic and Canadian Open via play-offs in the space of four weeks.

The New Zealander made a decent start to this season until he was forced to miss The Players Championship with a kidney stone which required a surgical procedure to be removed.

Fox returned to action at the Houston Open where he missed the cut, but hopefully he suffered no ill effects in Texas and is ready to go for the tough challenge of Augusta, where he has finished inside the top 40 on both visits in the last few years.

Encouragingly, Fox had finished inside the top 25 in each of his last four tournaments until his body gave way 48 hours before he was due to tee off at Sawgrass.

The Panel are confident this big-hitting Kiwi will be fit for the year's first major and could cause a surprise at triple-figure odds.

Houston Open Betting Tips 5: Ryan Fox 175/1 (Each-Way) - With Betfred (Six Places)
