Terms and Conditions of the Cosmo Spin and Win – Free Daily Game (the “Game”)
The Game is operated by GDC Media Limited, outside of the United States and GDC America within the United States only, who are both subsidiaries of Gambling.com Group Limited (Nasdaq: GAMB) ("we," "us," or "our").
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are to be read together with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and our website Terms and Conditions and all other rules or polices that are made available on Gambling.com and on our various websites and platforms will govern our relationship and the operation of the Game.
Please read the Terms carefully prior to participating in the Game. By participating in the Game, you (“you” and “User”) thereby agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Game.
The Game is intended solely and exclusively for entertainment purposes only. It is not a form of gambling, does not involve the wagering of real money.
We reserve the sole and absolute right, at our discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Game at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the rules, gameplay mechanics, eligibility criteria, duration, or other features or functionalities.
Such modifications may be implemented for any reason, including operational, technical, legal, or commercial considerations, and may take effect immediately upon publication or communication through our chosen channels. Users acknowledge and accept that their continued participation in the Game constitutes their acceptance of any such changes.
Important Information and Eligibility
- Users must sign up and have fully completed the creation of a Gambling.com account.
- Users must be logged into their Gambling.com account in order to be able to play the Game.
- Each logged-in user is eligible to receive up to ten (10) Free Spins Daily, automatically credited upon login for a 24-hour period.
- In addition to the daily allocation, users may be awarded additional spins during gameplay based on in-game achievements or symbol combinations, e.g.:
- Landing three (3) x COSMO symbols will trigger the Prize Wheel,
- Landing one (1) x “g” chip symbol will instantly award the user with one (1) additional spin.
- Once a user exhausts their ten (10) daily Free Spins and any additional spins awarded during that session, their spin balance will reset to zero (0). No further spins will be available until the commencement of the next 24-hour period, calculated from the time of initial daily allocation.
- A maximum of one (1) Prize Wheel spin may be awarded per individual game spin. Multiple Prize Wheel spins will not be granted simultaneously from a single game spin. However, users remain eligible to earn additional Prize Wheel spins on subsequent game spins, without restriction on the total number of Prize Wheel spins that may be awarded within a 24-hour period.
- Spins—whether Free Spins, bonus spins, or Prize Wheel spins—are not guaranteed to yield a prize. All spins are subject to expiration and must be used within the relevant 24-hour period. Unused spins will automatically expire and will not roll over to the following day.
- No purchase necessary. Participation in the Game is completely free. No payment, financial transactions, deposit, or purchase are required to enter and to play or in relation to prize eligibility. There is no cost to receive spins, participate in prize draws, or redeem prizes.
- To be eligible to receive any prize offered through this Game and receive any updates relating to prize awards, users should:
a) Hold a valid, verified and active Gambling.com account;
b) Have opted in to receive marketing communications from Gambling.com. - Prize notifications, delivery instructions, and updates will be communicated via marketing channels.
- This is not real gambling. This is a simulated gaming experience designed solely for entertainment purposes. Although it resembles gambling products in format and presentation, it does not involve:
i. Real money wagers,
ii. Monetary stakes, risk or loss,
iii. Actual betting, or
iv. Any form of gambling regulated by wagering authorities. - Skill Requirement for Prize Redemption. To claim any prize, the user must successfully answer a skill-based question. Failure to answer correctly will result in voiding of any prize wheel awards.
- Geographic Eligibility and Legal Compliance. Participation in the Game and the redemption of any prizes are subject to the legal, regulatory and any other restrictions in the country, state, area or other location where users are usually resident.
- Local Law Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that their participation in the game is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. By participating, users represent and warrant that they are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.
- Void Where Prohibited: This promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. The determination of this shall be at our sole discretion.
- Jurisdictional Limitations on prize awards: In certain territories, it may not be legally permissible to distribute or redeem prizes, regardless of gameplay performance or outcome. In such cases, users may still access the game for entertainment purposes only, but will not be eligible to receive any prizes.
- Age Restriction. Access to this game is limited to users who are of legal age to engage with simulated gambling content in their respective jurisdiction (typically 18+ or older).
- Account Verification. Age confirmation is managed through your Gambling.com account. We may request or require documentation or verification steps to confirm your legal eligibility. If a user is unable or unwilling to verify their age, or is found to have misrepresented their eligibility, access to the game will be revoked, and all gameplay, progress, and outcomes will be considered void.
Terms and Game Management
- Gambling.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to take the following actions:
i. Modify or update the Game rules from time to time in order to improve the user experience, ensure fairness, or address operational and technical requirements;
ii. Adjust, replace or suspend gameplay access for any user, including but not limited to instances involving misuse, suspicious behavior, or abnormal activity and adjust or replace Prize Wheel rewards as deemed necessary;

Data Protection & Privacy
- Your data is only used for game operation and prize fulfillment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in to receive them. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Please note: If you do not provide consent to be contacted, we will be unable to notify or deliver prizes, and any such winnings will be considered void in accordance with these Terms.
