Domantas Sabonis had a strong showing in the season-opener against the Jazz, finishing with 22 points while making 8 of 14 shot attempts from the field. We anticipate another strong showing from Sabonis and will look to bet on him in the player prop points market.
We're backing Domantas Sabonis Over 18.5 Points (-115) at BetMGM. Sabonis had three games over 20 points against the Warriors in the playoffs last season and should receive a boost if Draymond Green is not able to play for the Warriors. Green sat out the season-opening loss to the Suns and would be one of the primary defenders on Sabonis.
Phoenix's Josef Nurkic just had success inside against a smaller Warriors frontcourt, finishing with 14 points and he is not close to the caliber of offensive player that Sabonis is.
