Novak Djokovic vs. Alejandro Davidovich Fokina Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ Djokovic 2-0 (-185) at FanDuel

Wednesday will mark the first time in two years Novak Djokovic competes in North America. It's also his first match since losing the Wimbledon final to Carlos Alcaraz. With Djokovic returning, it is the marquee match of the day at the Cincinatti Open. Alejandro Davidovich Fokina did top Djokovic last year in Monte Carlo and is coming off a semifinal run in Toronto.

We're going with Djokovic to win 2-0 (-185) at FanDuel because he's been one of the most dominant players on hard courts all year. He's 15-1 on the surface, which includes an Australian Open title. During that tournament, only Enzo Couacaud won a set during that match, and Djokovic was dealing with a hamstring injury during the contest.

Sebastian Korda at Adelaide was the other person to take a set off Djokovic, while Daniil Medvedev is the only person to beat Djokovic on a hard court this season. It's simply a rarity Djokovic slips up on hard courts this season, and with him coming off a loss, we expect a dominating performance from Djokovic.

Best Betting Pick: ⭐ Djokovic 2-0 (-185) at FanDuel

Frances Tiafoe vs. Stan Wawrinka: Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ Over 23.5 Games (-110) at BetMGM

Frances Tiafoe and Stan Wawrinka have met three times, with Wawrinka winning all three matchups. The most recent came at Queen's Club in 2022. Wawrinka enters with solid form, having won five of his last six matches and started the North American hard-court swing with a three-set victory over Brandon Nakashima. TIafoe has been decent. He reached the third round of the Washington Open but was bounced in the first round of the Canadian Open.

Instead of picking a side for this matchup, we're going with over 23.5 Games (-110) at BetMGM. All three matchups between the two have been three-setters, with the last two meetings decided by a tiebreak. The matchup in Queen's had three tiebreaks played.

The three matches between Wawrinka and Tiafoe saw matches with games of 40, 35 and 39 games. Given how competitive every match has been, we're going to look for a longer match and take the over.

Best Betting Pick: Over 23.5 Games (-110) at BetMGM

Gael Monfils vs. Alex De Minaur Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ De Minaur 2-0 (+125) at FanDuel

Gael Monfils continued his resurgence, topping Cameron Norrie in the first round of the Cincinnati Open. It was his second top 20 win after topping Stefanos Tsitsipas in Toronto. But Monfils did suffer an injury scare in the win against Norrie. Midway through the opening set, Monfils appeared to tweak his left knee.

We're going to back De Minaur to win 2-0 (+125) at FanDuel given the injury concerns with Monfils, who seemed in distress over this injury. He admitted after the match that his left was still bothering him. For a player that has already retired from two matches this year and withdrew from the French Open with a wrist ailment, we will look to go the other way when it comes to this match. With the U.S. Open coming up, don't expect Monfils to go all out with the grand slam coming up.

De Minaur continued his strong hard-court season with an opening-round three-set win over J.J. Wolf. The Australian reached the finals of the Los Cabos Open and Toronto Open, putting his hard court record at 23-9 this season. We will take the in-form and healthy De Minaur in this spot.

Best Betting Pick: De Minaur 2-0 (+125) at FanDuel
