There are too many unknowns to pick a side between the Packers and the Raiders. Las Vegas quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo cleared concussion protocol and is expected to start tonight after leaving the Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Meanwhile, Green Bay is coming off its worst season performance, falling 34-20 to the Detroit Lions after the Packers trailed 27-3 at halftime.

Instead of a side, we're going to target the total. We like the under between the Packers and the Raiders. Against Detroit, Green Bay's offense couldn't block Detroit's pass rushers and gave up five sacks while Jordan Love was pressured on numerous other plays to throw the offense out of sync. The Packers also can't run the ball, ranking 28th in yards per rush (3.3) and 29th in total yards per game (280.8).

Las Vegas' offense has struggled this season. The Raiders are 30th in points per game, scoring an average of just 15.5 points. Las Vegas could have success against a bad Packers run defense that ranks 31st in rushing yards allowed per game (155.3). But that could help the under, given a run-based offense would contribute to longer drives that drain the clock.
