Thursday

West(1) North Carolina vs. (4) Alabama | 9:39 p.m. ET | CBS

We’ll get a true barometer of where the Tide are because they are stepping up in class in a big way against North Carolina.

Point spread: North Carolina -4

If you turned your back on the Wolfpack, you are paying the price here in the month of March. NC State has ripped off seven straight wins and will play in the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2015.

Point Spread: N.C. State +6

South(1) Houston vs. (4) Duke | 9:39 p.m. ET | CBS

Houston is up to 17 Quadrant 1 wins for the season, while Duke is only 5-4 in those games . . .  but the Blue Devils statistically match up pretty well with a top 25 turnover percentage on offense and a whole lot of shot-making ability.

Point spread: Duke +4
