- 15 available online sports betting licenses, seven of which are under a competitive tender process, and eight allocated to land-based casinos or racetracks.
- The license fee of $5.2 million is payable every five years.
- Online sports betting is subject to a 20% tax rate.
- Retail sports betting is subject to a 15% tax rate.
- Betting on in-state college teams is prohibited unless playing in a tournament of four or more teams.
