Rhys Williams' Racing Tips: 1 Selection For Thursday
Horse racing expert Rhys Williams is sharing his best selections for today's racing.
Rhys has been a racing analyst for over 10 years, working for At The Races and most recently as a tipster for Betfair where his tipping column had a 31% ROI over four and a half years.
He often focuses away from the front end of the market, finding angles that aren't evident to most.
Thanks to his 50/1 winner at the Cheltenham Festival (Apolon De Charnie) and a 5/1 winner at Hexham on Wednesday, Rhys has returned a profit of 101.93 points and his profit and loss record for the year stands at +22.93 points from 79 points staked.

18:12 Clonmel: Tadhg's Rock - 1pt Win @ 5/1
There doesn’t look to be much depth in quality to the bumper at Clonmel, and a runner coming back off a long absence can be a big danger to the front pair in the market.
Tadhg’s Rock showed promise in the Irish pointing field before moving under rules and running in a bumper at Thurles just over a year ago.
He raced handily from the off and was still in contention turning the final bend.
He got tightened for room out of the leading line about halfway up the home straight, but kept battling on well to finish sixth.
That was a strong race with the winner landing a Grade 3 novice hurdle since.
The second, third and fifth have also won maiden hurdles since, and the fourth and seventh won a bumper next time out and the eighth, ninth and 10th have all won since.
While there is a concern that Tadhg’s Rock hasn’t been seen since, the quality of that performance suggests he can be competitive in a race that may not have much depth.
I think the softer ground could help his cause too and any 4/1 or bigger appeals.
