Emmy Awards Odds: Adolesence Odds-On For Hat-Trick; Farrell To Pip Graham

The 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards take place on Sunday night, but the winners of several categories are virtually decided - if prices on betting sites are anything to go by.
Severance and The White Lotus lead this year's list of Emmy nominations with 10 apiece, but Apple TV+ show Severance had 27 overall, including 17 Creative Arts Emmy nods.
The two programmes will also do battle in one of the big prizes of the night - Outstanding Drama Series.

Elsewhere, Netflix megahit Adolescence has the UK's best chance of multiple victories, with eight main Emmys nods, including several odds-on shots.
The Stephen Graham and Jack Thorne-created show won three Creative Arts Emmys last weekend, from five nods, including Outstanding Casting for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie, and it looks set to land, at least, another hat-trick at the Primetime Emmys.
Adolescence Can Make Emmys Impact
When the curtains draw shut on 2025, Adolescence will be remembered as one of the most impactful shows of the year.
The four-part series, which tells the fictional story of a 13-year-old student arrested for murdering a girl in his school, has sparked conversation and debate in Parliament, schools and homes about misogyny, online radicalisation and social media's influence on our youngsters.
It was also a huge ratings hit, becoming the first streaming show to top the UK's weekly TV charts.
Following Adolescence's success, the drama was made free to watch in all secondary schools across the UK.
Emmy Awards Odds: Outstanding Limited Or Anthology Series
Series | Odds | Bookmaker |
Adolescence | 1/20 | |
The Penguin | 14/1 | |
Monsters: The Lyle And Erik Menendez Story | 25/1
Dying For Sex | 25/1 | |
Black Mirror | 33/1 |
It's rare a TV show ignites such strong cultural conversations, and it looks set to be rewarded at this year's Emmys.
Adolescence appears nailed-on to win the Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series accolade, at 1/20 with William Hill.
The show is as short as 1/40 on some betting apps, and its strongest competition is 14/1 second favourite The Penguin.
One of the main talking points of the programme was the portrayal of actor Owen Cooper, who plays accused school pupil Jamie Miller.
He was just 14 years old when he filmed the series - and it was his first professional acting role.
Owen is now just 1/25 with William Hill to become the youngest-ever male winner of the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or TV Movie prize - and is as short as 1/100 with some UK bookmakers.
Emmy Awards Odds: Best Supporting Actor In Limited Series Or Film
Supporting Actor | Odds | Bookmaker |
Owen Cooper - Adolescence | 1/25
Peter Sarsgaard - Presumed Innocent | 20/1
Javier Bardem - Monsters: The Lyle And Erik Menendez Story | 33/1
Rob Delaney - Dying For Sex | 33/1
Bill Camp - Presumed Innocent | 40/1
Ashley Walters - Adolescence | 40/1 |
Cooper's co-stars, actress Erin Doherty and actor Graham, who was half the brains behind the powerful series, are also up for individual accolades.
Erin is just 1/6 with William Hill to win the Limited Series Supporting Actress gong, but Stephen looks set to lose the Actor accolade to The Penguin's Colin Farrell.
Irish actor Farrell is 1/3 favourite with William Hill to triumph, with Graham 11/4 second favourite with most UK bookmakers.
The Penguin could also triumph in the Actress category, because Cristin Milioti is 4/6 favourite to land the gong, ahead of Dying For Sex's Michelle Williams, who is a best priced 2/1 with BetMGM.
Severance To Win Several Emmys?
There is pressure on Emmy Awards top nominee Severance to go home with several accolades, purely because it has been recognised 10 times ahead of Sunday night's ceremony.
The Apple TV+ sci-fi psychological thriller dropped its second series at the beginning of the year to huge acclaim, with the show becoming the streaming giant's most-watched series worldwide, and it won six Creative Arts Emmys last weekend.
Severance is expected to follow up its six-time Creative Arts success with an Outstanding Drama Series victory on Sunday night.
The show is 1/2 favourite on William Hill to triumph, ahead of nearest challenger The Pitt, which is a 9/4 chance with Betfred.
The White Lotus is a 25/1 outsider, and 40/1 long shot Slow Horses is at the back of the field.
Emmy Awards Odds: Best Drama Series
Series | Odds | Bookmaker |
Severance | 1/2 | |
The Pitt | 9/4 | |
The Last Of Us | 25/1 | |
The White Lotus | 25/1 | |
Andor | 33/1 | |
Paradise | 40/1 | |
Slow Horses | 40/1 | |
The Diplomat | 50/1 |
Other runners in the Drama categories include The Pitt's Noah Wyle, 1/4 with Betfred to win Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, ahead of Severance's Adam Scott, who is 4/1 second favourite with Ladbrokes.
Elsewhere, Matlock's Kathy Bates is 2/5 with Ladbrokes for the Actress gong, and The White Lotus' Carrie Coon is 4/6 with William Hill to be named Outstanding Supporting Actress, ahead of 5/1 co-star Parker Posey.
The White Lotus could score another victory thanks to Walton Goggins leading the way in the Supporting Actor category, as William Hill's 6/5 favourite.
However, Severance's Tramell Tillman isn't far behind at 27/20.

Rogen Odds-On For Last Laugh
In the Comedy Series categories, The Studio looks set to be the last one laughing on Sunday.
The Apple TV+ show - co-created by Seth Rogen - is 1/7 with William Hill to land the Outstanding Comedy Series accolade ahead of nearest rival Hacks, which is 6/1.
Rogen leads the cast of The Studio, and he is just 1/6 to scoop the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series gong.
Emmy Awards Odds: Outstanding Comedy Series
Series | Odds | Bookmaker |
The Studio | 1/7 | |
Hacks | 6/1 | |
The Bear | 20/1 | |
Shrinking | 25/1 | |
Only Murders In The Building | 28/1
Nobody Wants This | 40/1 | |
Abbott Elementary | 50/1
What We Do In The Shadows | 50/1 |
Hacks' Jean Smart appears to be a safe bet, at 1/12 with Ladbrokes for the Actress accolade, and her co-star Hannah Einbinder is just 1/8 with Betfred for a Supporting Actress victory.
What's more, Harrison Ford is in line for, believe it or not, his first-ever Emmy Awards win.
He has a nod in the Comedy Supporting Actor category, for Shrinking, but it's a two-horse race between the Indiana Jones icon and The Studio's Ike Barinholtz.
Barinholtz is marginally in front at 10/11 with William Hill, who have Ford as a close 6/5 second favourite.
