Horse racing expert Rhys Williams is sharing his best selections for today's racing.
Rhys has been a racing analyst for over 10 years, working for At The Races and most recently as a tipster for Betfair where his tipping column had a 31% ROI over four and a half years.
He often focuses away from the front end of the market, finding angles that aren't evident to most.
Thanks to his 50/1 winner at the Cheltenham Festival (Apolon De Charnie) and 5/1 winners on Wednesday and Thursday, Rhys' tips have returned 107.93 points from 82 points staked, meaning his profit and loss record stands at 25.93pts overall.

15:40 Sedgefield: Restandbethankful - 0.5pt Win @ 11/1
Restandbethankful’s form has gradually been on the decline, but I think the market is underestimating the chance of a revival in a race of this level.
He’s been dropped 18lb for his last four runs over fences, but the last two runs can be easily excused due to the longer trip and being ridden with more patient tactics than usual.
The yard had also been badly out of form during that time, but there have been a few more encouraging signs of late.
It could be that he’s just not the horse he once was, but I’m hoping they revert to riding Restandbethankful far more prominently around a track that suits such tactics.
He could be tougher to catch than the market is suggesting - if they have got him back in better form.

17:15 Dundalk: Whats It All About - 0.5pt Win @ 33/1
Whats It All About makes her handicap debut in the opening five-furlong sprint at Dundalk and I think she could run better than her big price suggests.
She showed a bit of promise on debut in a strong maiden at Fairyhouse, travelling well just behind the leaders through the first half of the race, before being unable to go with them late on and she finished 10th.
Her two runs since were on very testing ground at the Curragh and she looked unsuited by that.
I think this artificial surface will be more to her liking, and while there’s an unknown over whether she is sharp enough for the drop back to five furlongs, this is easily the weakest company that Whats It All About has faced so far.
