Horse racing expert Rhys Williams is sharing his best selections for today's racing.
Rhys has been a racing analyst for over 10 years, working for At The Races and most recently as a tipster for Betfair where his tipping column had a 31% ROI over four and a half years.
He often focuses away from the front end of the market, finding angles that aren't evident to most.
Rhys' tips have returned 159.13 points from 141.5 points staked, meaning his profit and loss record stands at +17.63pts overall.

18:42 Fontwell: Stadmallen - 0.5pt Win @ 18/1
Stadmallen was a selection in this column when making his return to racing under rules at Ffos Las last time and he once again looks overpriced today.
At Ffos Las, he was still travelling well in behind the leader when coming down at the first fence on the final circuit.
He was racing from 10lb out of the handicap that day, whereas he is only 2lb out of the handicap today.
While he had been disappointing during the 2024/25 point season, his point form prior to that suggests he can be competitive off this mark.
While there is a slight concern that he could get into a battle up front in a race where there is plenty of early pace, I think the market is overlooking his potential.

19:12 Fontwell: Scoresby - 1pt Win @ 28/1
Another former British pointer appeals in the following novices’ handicap hurdle with Scoresby making his handicap debut.
Given the times that horses are refused a rating, it’s an interesting choice from the handicappers to award Scoresby a rating after being pulled up twice over hurdles and finishing fifth on his only completed start under rules in a hunter chase.
In that hunter chase at Stratford, he made headway from the back of the field to be in a close third jumping two out before dropping away quickly under pressure.
That weak finishing nature is the concern for Scoresby as he often hasn’t been the strongest when coming under pressure, including when finishing eighth at Badbury Rings earlier this point season.
Ideally, he would also want there to be no good to soft in the ground at all this evening as he’s at his best on quick ground, but the ability he’s shown when at his best in the pointing field suggests he can be better than his opening mark of 78 - if his challenge can be timed correctly.
