Saturday's three selections look primed to go well from a cracking card at Newmarket.

Saturday's Newmarket Treble:

Newmarket 13:10 - Unequal Love

Unequal Love is a smart filly who knows how to win - and she’s heading back to a race she landed impressively last year.

Trained by William Haggas, she has been kept fresh for this and that looks a smart move, as she’s gone well after a lay-off before.

She’s also proven over course and distance, which always counts for plenty at Newmarket.

There’s a bit of cut in the ground, which she won’t mind, and with Tom Marquand back in the plate, she looks the one they’ve all got to beat in this Listed fillies’ sprint.

Newmarket 13:45 - More Thunder

More Thunder is a progressive sprinter with a nice profile heading into this big-field heritage handicap over 6f.

He was really impressive when winning last time out,  travelling powerfully and quickening up nicely, and the feeling is he has still got a fair bit more to come.

He's drawn well to get a tow into the race and looks the type to thrive in a strong-run race like this one.

With Tom Marquand doing the steering again, and the stable in decent form, he’s got to be on your shortlist.

Newmarket 16:05 - French Master

French Master looks the type to keep improving now that he’s stepped up in trip.

He’s been running consistently well in solid races and shapes like this 1m4f trip will really suit.

With a handy racing weight and Kieran Shoemark taking the ride, he should get a nice position early and be able to pounce when it matters.

The form of his last few runs is working out well, and if he finds a bit more for the longer distance -  which looks likely - he could take a fair bit of stopping in this competitive handicap.
