Besiktas are keeping a close eye on the situation involving Raskin, who has been one of Rangers' better players in the last year.

Saudi Clubs Could Nick Nico
If a move to Turkey doesn't appeal to Raskin, then a move to Saudi could be to his liking.
The Saudi Pro League is not afraid to throw money at players to entice them to join one of their clubs.
While Raskin does not have the stature of Cristiano Ronaldo, he would still earn a pretty penny if he decided to sign for a Saudi club, which can be backed at 2/1.
Trabzonspor Might Risk Raskin Bid
Trabzonspor are another Turkish club in line to land the Rangers player.
A seventh-place finish last season was a disappointment and they will want to strengthen their squad for this season.
Trabzonspor are 10/3 to sign the Belgian international.
Also in the mix are Greek sides Olympiacos (4/1), AEK Athens (9/2) and Panathinaikos (6/1), while a move to Qatar (8/1) or the United Arab Emirates (10/1) cannot be ruled out.
