Best NHL Bets Today: NHL Picks & NHL Predictions for 10/30:

NHL Picks enjoyed another solid weekend and an excellent Sunday thanks to the Edmonton win at the Heritage Classic. New Jersey and Minnesota went Over 6.5 goals, too, and Washington managed to hold on to the Puckline. Now, Mischief Night, err, Monday night NHL hockey picks loom, allowing us a few more options than usual to bet.

The best online betting sites, including BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, and FanDuel give us nine games on Monday night, but only two on Tuesday and four on Wednesday. The Monday NHL predictions preach some patience and restraint. Remember, a huge 15-game slate comes on Saturday featuring several high-profile contests. Now, let us dig in!.

NHL Picks: Anaheim vs. Pittsburgh Odds & NHL Predictions

⭐ Pittsburgh Puckline (+105) at DraftKings

This is heard yearly, but John Gibson heads home to face the Pittsburgh Penguins. Often, Pittsburgh excels at covering the Puckline against Anaheim on the road. Now, oddly at home, the Penguins have gone 0-for-3 in covering the spread versus the Ducks. They won all three games by one goal. Why risk trying the Puckline here? That is an excellent question.

NHL Picks  likes Anaheim’s form since they have won three straight games. However, two required dramatic comebacks, and one was in Philadelphia against their backup goaltender. The game versus the Flyers was strange in the sense that 11 goals were scored combined, and the Ducks faced a backup in net who probably should still be in the AHL. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh’s defense is looking better of late, and the Penguins recently shut out Colorado 4-0.

The Ducks have improved, but their early expected record is 2-6 as opposed to their current 4-4 mark. If Gibson starts as projected, Pittsburgh likely tees off on the goaltender early. Anaheim allowed more than 39 shots per game last year. That number has improved to 33 shots per 60, but Gibson is still 1-3 in the early going. NHL hockey best bets suggest a modest bet on the Pittsburgh Puckline at +105 . The Penguins should be able to hold Anaheim Under 2.5 Goals. That number may also be worth a potential wager. Again, the last game of a long road trip can produce unusually positive results for the home opposition.

⭐ Recommended Bet:  Pittsburgh Puckline (+105) at DraftKings

NHL Picks: Seattle vs. Tampa Bay Odds & NHL Predictions

Under 6.5 Goals (-115) at Caesars

Seattle and Tampa Bay could be another contest that is lower scoring by usual NHL standards. The Kraken do not score many goals, or that is what their October has become. Seattle has already played nine games this season, and those games have combined for 51 goals. That averages out to less than six per contest. Now, the Over is set for 6.5 goals on Monday night on the road.

Free NHL picks have a few fun ways to get in on the action. Saturday evening featured Seattle and the Under as the Team Under of 2.5 goals narrowly connected, and the combined goals of five did as well versus the Florida Panthers. Is it hard to go to something that worked twice? Yes. However, Seattle is struggling to score goals but allows just few enough to believe they can keep this game somewhat close.

NHL picks get intrigued by the Tampa Bay Puckline at +150 via Caesars. There was this odd movement on Saturday where the Seattle Moneyline suddenly dipped from +145 to +125. One never knows when an influx of money or random information may come out. However, do not overthink here too much. Sometimes, less is truly more when it comes to betting on hockey.

Seattle and Tampa Bay predictions raise the possibility of Tampa Bay scoring Over 3.5 goals. The Lightning have outscored their opponents 9-0 in their last two games. The concern is that they may allow a couple of goals tonight. In their previous two games, they yielded seven goals. Either way, this game could play out to be another 3-2 or 4-2 outcome on Monday night.

⭐ Recommended Bet: Under 6.5 Goals (-115) at Caesars

NHL Picks: Chicago vs. Arizona Odds & NHL Predictions

⭐ Over 6.5 Goals (+105) at BetMGM

Chicago and Arizona play on Monday night at the campus of Arizona State. Yes, that is the Coyotes’ home for the foreseeable future. It still seems weird at times, but Mullett Arena is an exciting place. Some quirky numbers abound in this contest, too. Chicago has not won a single game at home but is .500 on the road. NHL Picks likes the Over of 6.5 Goals at +105. After all, at what point does Petr Mrazek give up a ton of goals?

Free NHL picks understand that this clash involves two of the youngest teams in the NHL. Connor Bedard versus Clayton Keller and company is a surprisingly fun matchup late Monday night. Connor Ingram was projected to start in goal for the Coyotes, and his .889 save percentage may be music to Chicago’s ears.

Now, dive into that Over and some Connor Bedard point props for Monday night. Finally, see where the Chicago Moneyline ends up. If it stays above +150, consider a very tiny bet.

NHL Picks: Montreal vs. Vegas Odds and NHL Predictions

⭐ Nick Suzuki Anytime Goal (+320) at FanDuel

Montreal and Vegas is the final game on Monday night. The Moneyline and Puckline are two things to stay away from when it comes to a Vegas perspective. Vegas can struggle at times at home. However, Montreal is off to a very unexpected 5-2-1 start. When does that start to regress? Instead of looking at game outcomes, why not consider a few NHL player props

NHL picks are open to trotting out a few anytime goal scorers for this late Monday meeting. For one, Nick Suzuki as a +320 longshot via FanDuel is interesting. Cole Caufield is the more obvious choice from Montreal at +175. Meanwhile, Vegas and Jonathan Marchessault roll in at +140, along with Jack Eichel. Both have three goals on the season but have not scored in several contests.

Montreal vs. Vegas predictions inch toward a Nick Suzuki anytime goal.
