FanDuel Introduces iGaming Rewards In Four States

U.S. iGaming giant FanDuel has launched a new casino loyalty program, the FanDuel Casino Rewards Club.
Currently only available in four U.S. states—New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia—the club offers tiered rewards, with the tier level determined by how much money the player spends in a month.
Rewards primarily come in the form of cashback on net losses. However, the invitation-only VIP tier also offers early access to new games and access to luxury suites for live sports events.
FanDuel joins many competitors in offering this VIP program to encourage greater spending due to a better experience and discourage players from defecting to other online casinos.
Since 2009, FanDuel has offered fantasy sports. It has used its market access to develop sports betting and online casino gambling products. In 2018, FanDuel merged with Paddy Power Betfair.
The group, now known as Flutter Entertainment, is the largest betting company in the world, boasting around 14 million global players monthly.
After a $1.2 billion loss in 2023, the group recovered with a $162 million profit in 2024 and has estimated 2025 revenue to be around $16bn.
FanDuel Casino Rewards Club
Part of Flutter’s recovery has come from restructuring and strengthening its customer base.
Adding a loyalty scheme to FanDuel’s online offering can be seen as a further move.
The new scheme has gone live in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and is likely to be rolled out further if it proves successful.
FanDuel Casino Rewards Club is a tiered program. Players receive between one and three points for every dollar they spend, which helps determine their monthly tier level and grants access to a reward machine.

Once a player reaches Tier 2, they receive cashback on their net losses (losses minus winnings during that month).
Tier 2 members get 5% cashback as credit, while Tier 3 members receive 10%. Tier 4 gets 15% back, and VIP members, who must be invited to the top level, get 25% of their net losses returned.
VIP members also receive other bonuses. They get early access to new games, 24/7 priority customer support, and access to luxury suites during select sporting and other events.
Online Casino Reward Programs
Reward programs are fairly common in the online casino gambling space.
Whereas deposit match bonuses are the favored style of reward to attract new players, cashback offers and VIP programs are commonly used to encourage repeat play.
Many online casinos offer these types of programs, including some of FanDuel’s main competitors.
MGM offers BetMGM Rewards, Fanatics Sportsbook offers FanCash, and DraftKings, which started out as a fantasy sports operator, has the Dynasty Rewards program, which offers discounted merchandise as well as standard online casino rewards.
Other Flutter-owned companies also offer their own loyalty programs. Paddy Power offers Paddy’s Rewards Club, while PokerStars has the PokerStars Rewards program.
