MaximBet Partners With Pop Culture Icon Nicki Minaj

MaximBet announced Tuesday that they have agreed to terms with Nicki Minaj on a multi-year, global partnership for its sports betting platform. 

That’s right — Nicki Minaj, one of the most successful rappers of all time, the first woman to have 100 Billboard Hot 100 hits, and more than 280 million Instagram followers (18th most followed person in the world). 


Trying to Woo Women to Bet

With Minaj on board, MaximBet Sportsbook said that her presence in the online sports betting environment will “vastly” broaden the audience, “including inviting more women into the fold.”

The partnership will include Minaj working with MaximBet on merchandise, parties, partnerships, fan experiences, and branding designed to bring together entertainment, sports, celebrity and betting.

As an international media company, Minaj will also take a creative director role in the Maxim magazine and special advisor to the MaximBet Board of Directors and “be actively involved in the company’s ambitious plans for iGaming.”

MaximBet is live in Colorado and has market access in 11 additional states and the Canadian province of Ontario.

Her influence is so massive that anything she wears and posts on social media sells out almost instantly, according to MaximBet. 

Minaj is set to release her next album, NM5, and will soon be on tour.
