Thursday Night Football Player Prop Bets, Odds & NFL Picks

Thursday Night Football is set to showcase Tennessee's quarterback Will Levis as he takes the helm for the second time, this time in Pittsburgh against Kenny Pickett and the Steelers

Pittsburgh have clinched victories in two of their last three games, despite a recent 20-10 setback against Jacksonville.

Meanwhile, Tennessee seem to have found a new offensive spark with Levis, who effortlessly launches the ball over 50 yards as well as being a threat on the ground.

Additionally, Pittsburgh's defense is expected to be bolstered by the return of defensive tackle Cam Heyward from the IR, marking his second appearance this season, which is likely to reinforce their run defense.

All of this should make for plenty of Thursday Night Football Player Prop Bets in the Titans vs. Steelers matchup.

Thursday Night Football Player Prop 1: DeAndre Hopkins

🏈 OVER 52.5 Receiving Yards (-110) at BetMGM

DeAndre Hopkins put on a remarkable show against the Falcons, snagging four passes for 128 yards and notching three touchdowns - a vivid reminder of Hopkins' exceptional talent.

Despite receiving a good number of targets in the season's early weeks, it seemed the Titans hadn't fully capitalized on Hopkins' abilities until recently.

His chemistry with quarterback Will Levis ignited a resurgence, highlighted by Hopkins crossing the 100-yard mark for the second time in three games.

For Thursday Night Football, Hopkins' receiving yardage is pegged at an over/under of 52.5. Considering the Steelers' pass defense has been vulnerable, allowing 245.4 yards per game, betting on Hopkins to exceed this total seems promising.

With the target volume he's set to receive, and his recent form as evidence, Hopkins is well-positioned to surpass this projection for my first Thursday Night Football Player Prop.

NFL Picks: OVER 52.5 Receiving Yards (-110) at BetMGM

Thursday Night Football Player Prop 2: Kenny Picket

🏈 UNDER 33.5 pass attempts (-130) at FanDuel

Alexander Mattison's potential to surpass 46.5 rushing yards seems plausible given his current season average of 48.8 yards per game, marginally higher than the set over/under for Sunday.

Twice this season, he has already managed to rush for more than 47.5 yards in a single game, slightly above the bookmakers' average expectation, with his rushing yards per game outpacing the set average over/under of 44.6 yards.

Although he has exceeded the predicted rushing total just once in six tries, the upcoming game presents a an ideal opportunity to do it again in my view.

Mattison is slated to face the Atlanta Falcons, who concede an average of 102.0 rushing yards per game, placing them as the NFL’s 14th-ranked rush defense.

So this matchup positions Mattison well to potentially have a productive day on the ground, pushing past the 46.5-yard mark and makes for an appealing Thursday Night Football Player Prop.

NFL Picks: UNDER 33.5 pass attempts (-130) at FanDuel

Thursday Night Football Player Prop 3: Will Levis

🏈 OVER 10.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at Draftkings

Considering the Steelers' less-than-impressive run defense — with only five teams yielding more ground yards per game — Levis to exceed this modest rushing total seems a great Thursday Night Football Player Prop.

In his encounter with the Falcons, Levis picked up 11 yards across seven carries. Given that the Pittsburgh defense struggles more significantly against the run, Levis stands a strong chance to top 10.5 yards when Thursday Night Football comes around.

Although Levis' final collegiate year didn't showcase significant rushing prowess, he did amass 376 yards on the ground in his junior year.

While rushing isn't the cornerstone of his playstyle, he's shown that he can capitalize on the opportunity to scramble when needed.

NFL Picks: OVER 10.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at Draftkings

Thursday Night Football Player Prop 4: Najee Harris

🏈 OVER 45.5 Rushing Yards (+110) at Caesars

With the appealing odds of +110, this wager is certainly tempting. Harris has reached or exceeded 46 rushing yards in three games this season, with another game close behind at 43 yards.

His performance last week wasn't as impressive, with just 13 yards from seven carries. However, aside from Week 1 and 8, he's had no fewer than 14 rushing attempts in any game this season.

With 84 carries to his name thus far, Harris's average of 3.7 yards per attempt means he'd only need about 13 carries to cross the 45.5 rushing yard threshold—a mark he's been hitting with regularity.

Against a Titans defense that has been bleeding yards on the ground with over 107 yards per game this season and a staggering 157 yards on average over the last three weeks, Harris stands a good chance of  pushing past the set line.

NFL Picks: OVER 45.5 Rushing Yards (+110) at Caesars
