Like countless other people, famous or not, these two superstar celebrities got married at a Las Vegas wedding chapel — as iconic to Sin City as slot machines and Elvis impersonators.
While the Bennifer marriage reportedly has experienced turbulence lately, it started in classic Vegas fashion a couple of years ago, with the pair exchanging midnight vows at A Little White Wedding Chapel.
“We flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world,” Lopez wrote in her newsletter, according to The New York Times.
Las Vegas’ reputation as the wedding capital of the world began in 1931, when, as the Times put it, Clark County “eliminated blood testing and waiting periods for couples getting married, making Las Vegas a popular destination for quick and inexpensive nuptials.”
These days, wedding packages range from drive-thru events (shorts and T-shirts allowed) to extravagant ceremonies featuring the newlyweds being “Blissed by Elvis.”
With the marriage season gearing up, Gambling.com researched which Las Vegas wedding chapels received the best online reviews and which have the most social media followers.
Ranking The Top Chapels
At the top of the list of the Las Vegas wedding chapels with the best reviews is the Bliss Wedding Chapel, with a 4.95 rating. The ceremonies at that chapel range from a $429 “Bliss With a Kiss” package to the $1,299 “Rolls Royce Ultimate Bliss.” Several weddings packages come with an Elvis impersonator. The Elvis ceremonies range from $469 to $699.
Known as the The King of Rock ’n’ Roll, Elvis Presley, who died in 1977, was a longtime performer in Las Vegas showrooms, creating a high-profile image that lives on today with Elvis impersonators available for many occasions.
The Elvis theme continues to be popular at Las Vegas wedding chapels. After all, in the 1964 movie “Viva Las Vegas,” Lucky Jackson (Elvis Presley) and Rusty Martin (Ann-Margret) are married in the Little Church of the West — the No. 9 best-reviewed Las Vegas wedding chapel on the Gambling.com list. The church offers its own Elvis wedding packages.
By the way, the real Elvis Presley married Priscilla Beaulieu in 1967 at the Aladdin hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip, now the site of the Planet Hollywood resort.

Not surprisingly, the Las Vegas wedding chapels that have the most social media followers are some of the same ones receiving the best online reviews.
Topping the list of wedding chapels with the most social media followers is the Graceland Wedding Chapel, with a king-sized 156,922 followers on Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter).
Among the celebrities who either tied the knot at this Las Vegas landmark or at least have stopped by to check it out are Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Ray Cyrus, Meat Loaf, Aaron Neville, Johnny Depp, Andie MacDowel and Salma Hayek, according to the chapel website. One day, Elvis Presley even dropped in to pay a friendly visit.
Whichever chapel anyone chooses, a Las Vegas wedding is sure to be a hit for those who “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and hope to avoid the “Heartbreak Hotel."
In each case, the chapels will go out of their way to accommodate.

“We barely made it to the little white wedding chapel by midnight,” she wrote in her newsletter. “They graciously stayed open late a few minutes, let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible, evidently once used by the King himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show, that cost extra and he was in bed).”
