Under Kyle Shanahan's leadership, the team boasts 13 consecutive regular season victories and celebrates its first 3-0 start since 2019.

The upcoming match highlights two of the NFL's premier rushers this season. From San Francisco, Christian McCaffrey dominates with a league-leading 353 yards and three touchdowns.

On the Cardinals' side, James Conner ranks third in the league, recording 266 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns.

In previous seasons, 49ers' coach Kyle Shanahan struggled against Kliff Kingsbury's Cardinals, with a 3-7 record before a sweep in 2022.

Now, Kingsbury is replaced by ex-Eagles coordinator Jonathan Gannon. Surprisingly, under Gannon, the Cardinals started 1-2 and recently defeated the Cowboys 28-16.

San Francisco, on the other hand, just clinched a win against the Giants, moving to a 3-0 season start. They've had additional rest, which might prove advantageous in the upcoming game.

Although the 49ers are the favored team for the NFC West clash, Gannon's Cardinals are eager to redefine this divisional rivalry.

Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers Betting Trends

  • The Cardinals are 3-0 against the spread this season.
  • The 49ers are 2-1 against the spread this season.
  • The OVER is 2-1 in the Cardinals’ three games.
  • The UNDER is 2-1 in the 49ers’ three games.

San Francisco 49ers -14 (-110) at BetMGM

Despite Arizona's impressive season so far, the 49ers have the potential for a significant win here having convincingly defeated teams like the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Their offense ranks among the top four in yards per play, and defensively, they're third-best. With their pass rush likely challenging Josh Dobbs and a defense allowing only 3.7 yards per carry in 2023, the 49ers could surpass expectations, as seen against the Giants in Week 3.

Joshua Dobbs Over 186.5 Passing Yards (-115) at Draftkings

This season Dobbs has surpassed this 186.5 yardage mark in two of the three games played. His current average of 183.0 yards per game falls 3.2 yards short of his typical prop bet target of 186.2.

On two occasions this season, Dobbs has outdone his prop bet for passing yards. While he has secured a touchdown pass in two out of three matches, he hasn't achieved multiple TDs in any game. Impressively, Dobbs hasn't thrown an interception in any of the three games this season.

Brock Purdy Over 224.5 Passing Yards  (-115) at FanDuel

Brock Purdy has been making waves in the NFL with his impressive performance so far. In just three games, he's accumulated a commendable 736 yards, averaging 245.3 passing yards per game. This average alone stands significantly above the prop bet line of 224.5 yards.

Further showcasing his prowess, Purdy has a completion rate of 67%, having successfully completed 61 of his 91 pass attempts. This equates to an impressive 8.1 passing yards per attempt, placing him second in the NFL for this statistic.
