"The Masked Singer" geared up for next week's finale by eliminating two more characters on Wednesday night, leaving just four remaining in the competition.

Candelabra and Anteater departed the contest on “Soundtrack To My Life Night,” but Donut progressed to the Season 10 finale.

Jones Clear Favorite To Be Donut

The final episode of the season will take place next Wednesday night, but Anteater, who was a +700 outsider to win the competition, will not be a part of it.

Anteater was unmasked as John Oates, who was +200 favorite to be the character, but none of the panelists, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger, accurately identified musician Oates.

Afterward, Donut and Candelabra took on each other in the Battle Royale. The pair both performed "Wanted" by Hunter Hayes, and the sugary snack did just enough to progress, dunking Candelabra out of the contest.

Judges Scherzinger and Thicke correctly predicted that +200 favorite Keyshia Cole was under the mask, after several clues matched up in recent weeks.

Donut's identity is still unknown, but in Wednesday night's episode, when he performed Ray Charles' “Georgia on My Mind,” the character dedicated a mixtape to panelist Thicke and told the judge, "This mixtape was on repeat every time I hung out with your dear, sweet dad."

Thicke then predicted Donut could be singing sensation Sir Tom Jones, who is at +100 favorite to be the character.

The show judge told him, "My dad knew everybody. But if Donut is who I think it is, I’m a lifelong fan of your voice and your vibrato. And my dad had mentioned to me before he passed [that] you and him had become friendly.”

Another of Donut's Wednesday night clues was a red dragon, which appears on the flag of Wales, where Jones is from.

Donut In Contention

McCarthy-Wahlberg thinks Donut is John Schneider, who is +200 second favorite to be the character, while Scherzinger's guess of Engelbert Humperdinck (+500) is also in contention.

Donut could well be "The Masked Singer" champion in next week's finale after moving to +100 joint-favorite with Cow to triumph.

Sea Queen is +200, and Gazelle — who was only kept in the competition in Week 8's "Disco Night" thanks to panelist Jeong hitting the Ding Dong Keep It On Bell — is a +500 outsider.

R&B star Ne-Yo is +100 favorite to be Cow, while Macy Gray (-100) is widely expected to be under the Sea Queen mask, and Gazelle looks most likely to be Janel Parrish (-100).
