Sports bettors in New York finally have access to regulated, licensed online sportsbooks. As of Saturday, online and mobile sports betting in New York is legal. And what a weekend of sports action for it to be announced!

Four New York sportsbooks started taking bets from this morning: DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesars and BetRivers.

With the NFL regular season reaching its climax, the NBA regular season in full swing, NHL games every day and the PGA tour’s curtain-raiser all this weekend, New York bettors will be spoiled for choice.

What NFL Games Can I Bet on This Weekend From New York?<

It’s Week 18 of the NFL regular season. For some teams, it’s win or go home. Some have already booked their ticket to the playoffs, while others know this weekend is the end of their season. For New Yorkers, the Giants host the Washington Football Team at MetLife Stadium in a game with not much on the line.

As for the Jets, they travel to Buffalo for an AFC East showdown with the Bills. The Jets’ season has been underwhelming to say the least, but they have shown signs of life in recent weeks. Rookie QB Zach Wilson will be keen to end a rocky first year in the NFL on a high in what will be a tough road game.

The Bills are trying to win the AFC North and a win against the Jets will get that done.

Elsewhere, two games will be in the spotlight on Saturday. The Chiefs travel to Denver hoping to lock up the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Saturday night, NFC East Champions the Dallas Cowboys go on the road to face the Philadelphia Eagles. Don’t expect too many fireworks here, as both teams are likely to rest their starters, since both are assured of a playoff spot.

Sunday night is where most of the drama will be in the NFL. In keeping with tradition, all games in the final week of the regular season are divisional games. The highlights include Colts at Jaguars, Ravens at Steelers and Chargers at Raiders in the afternoon games. All of which could have major implications in the NFL playoff picture. Needless to say, there’s plenty of choice when it comes to betting on the NFL this weekend.

As New York bettors will become accustomed to, there’s plenty of horse racing from all over the United States. Racing will be taking place every day, with pool bets and exotics available from many tracks at the best sportsbooks.
