PokerStars Casino Michigan Enhance the Festive Spirit with 25 Days of Rewards

The holiday cheer is getting louder at PokerStars after the operator announced a special poker series, “25 Days of Tournaments”, which kicked off on December 5 and will be ongoing until December 29.

The tournament is an excellent opportunity for poker players in the Great Lakes State to win bonuses, tickets to sporting events, and exclusive items. Parallel to the poker tournaments, casino challenges are waiting behind each door of the Advent Calendar, offering up to $2,500 in daily cash rewards.

The Home of Online Poker Offers Enticing Rewards

The platform, which styles itself as the home of online poker, offers two stake options for the holiday poker tournament's run. Players can take advantage of a very affordable $10 buy-in, and higher rollers can play with a $50 buy-in. The main poker tourneys start every night at 7:30 p.m. ET, but additional events are also available.

Two prominent events are reserved for Sundays, with the Half Price Sunday scheduled for December 10 and the High Roller Sunday event scheduled for December 17.

The special month-long holiday rewards program will not interrupt this operator's regular promo program. New casino members can expect a competitive Michigan online casino bonus offering 100% match up to $600. Additional deals are available for the holiday season.

Revenues Are Bouncing Back Up

PokerStars landed in Michigan in January 2021 and remains a competitive brand among Michigan online casinos. The gambling market in the Great Lakes State is one of the largest in the nation, with nearly $4 billion in revenue generated over three years. PokerStars does not possess a lion's share of the market, but 2023 has been eventful for the operator in Michigan, with a 16.7% growth in revenue.

Through nine months of 2023, for which we have official data, PokerStars has generated $26.8 million in revenue, with January being the best month with $3,6 million. However, PokerStars’ growth figure is based on comparing 2023 performance with 2022. And in that context, it's not an indicator of an upward trajectory for the brand, considering it experienced higher revenue in its first year in Michigan.

PokerStars was a top-five Michigan online casino in 2021 in terms of revenue, with $40.9 million. Since that fantastic debut, revenues have been declining as new platforms entered the market, going down to $29.9 million in 2022. Projections for 2023 are for a ceiling of $36 million in revenue. In October, this brand ranked 11th in revenue among 15 operators licensed in the state.
