Another double episode helping of "MasterChef" this week served up a triple elimination, with two of the favorites exiting the competition.

But there is a new frontrunner after Wayne won Episodes 14 and 15.

Wayne Wows In Double Episode

Madame Donut was in the top three in last week's 14th episode, but that meant nothing in Wednesday night's Episode 15, "Patio Grilling Challenge,” when she got the chop.

The "MasterChef" judges, Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Aaron Sanchez, served up a surprise in Episode 16, "The Wall,” when recent winner Brynn and fellow high-flyer Kolby, who had been in the top three for three of the previous five episodes, were eliminated from the competition.

Wayne was the big winner this week after he tasted victory in both episodes, and it has catapulted him to the top of the market in the futures betting.

In Episode 15, the contestants were tasked with cooking on outdoor barbecue stations, and Wayne wowed with his New York strip steak and jumbo prawns.

In the following episode, he and Grant teamed up for the Wall challenge, in which pairs had to rely on their communication skills to cook identical dishes while separated by a 55-foot wall.

Wayne and Grant impressed with their near-identical pan-seared steaks, and following his double episode exploits, Wayne is now -150 to win the $250,000 prize and the title of "America's MasterChef."

Kennedy Still in Contention

But Wayne shouldn't be too confident of Season 13 victory just yet, as Kennedy isn't far behind him in the betting market.

Kennedy ended Episode 16 on a high after she and Sav were selected as one of the top entries in the team challenge, to make up for Kennedy being one of the bottom entries the previous episode.

She is now at +100, from +150, to win the competition, and is ahead of her Episode 16 teammate Sav (+300) in the futures betting.

Grant was propping up the "MasterChef" market last week after he landed near the bottom in Episodes 13 and 14 and very nearly went home. But he redeemed himself on Wednesday night when he and Wayne secured victory in the team challenge. Grant is now at +400 to win the season, and with four victories over the course of Season 13 he could be a real contender if he can continue his recent form.

Things are not looking quite as good for Jennifer and Reagan after they were paired up for the team challenge but failed to impress.

Jennifer, who is out to +600, did well in Episode 14 but hasn't tasted Season 13 victory since way back in Episode 6. Reagan, who hasn't triumphed since Episode 7, is now propping up the "MasterChef" market at +1000, from +700.

Contestant Odds Implied Probability
Wayne -150 60%
Kennedy +100 50%
Sav +300 25%
Grant +400 20%
Jennifer +600 14.3%
Reagan +1000 9.1%
