But even without the overtime, the teams combined for 174 points in regulation, going well over the total of 161.
When looking at the two prior games between these two teams, the high scoring wasn't even due to an unsustainable shooting pace or a hot 3-point shooting night. The Lynx shot 53% and 56% in the two meetings, while Seattle was at 45% and 40%. Minnesota has been effectively able to score inside in both contests, with the Lynx recording 54 points inside the paint one night and 42 the other. With so many easy looks against the Storm, look for another high-scoring game as the Storm will be forced to play uptempo to keep up with Minnesota.
