Outside of garbage time, Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers offense are averaging just 8.3 points per game. The Panthers rank 30th in yards per pass at 4.9 and haven't been able to move the ball with any consistency when the game's outcome has been in doubt.

We're going with Bryce Young Under 209.5 Passing Yards (-110) at BetMGM. When the best chance for a prop to hit is for a team to be getting blown out and Young to get garbage yards, then it's not a good prop.

In the three competitive games Young has seen action, he's thrown for 146, 153 and 204 yards. Young had his highest passing yardage day last week against the Detroit Lions with 247 yards, but that came in a 42-24 loss when Detroit was content to give up plenty of passes underneath.

Raheem Mostert has one of the lowest odds for scoring a touchdown this weekend, but we still feel it is a worthy bet with some value considering the Dolphins rushing attack and the Panthers' inability to defend the run.

We like Raheem Mostert Anytime Touchdown (-210) at FanDuel. Mostert will get the majority of carries this Sunday with fellow running back De'Von Achane placed on the injured reserve, giving Mostert more of the offensive workload. Mostert is already tied for a league-high seven rushing scores this season.

Mostert and Miami get an ideal matchup against a Panthers defense that has struggled to stop the run. Carolina ranks 26th in rushing yards allowed per game at 140.8 and is 31st in rush touchdowns allowed per contest (1.8). Meanwhile, Miami has the top-ranked rushing-scoring offense, averaging 2.4 rushing touchdowns.

With Mostert expected to get the majority of carries, this is an ideal matchup for him against Carolina.

For as much trouble as Carolina has had defending the run, the Panthers are better at limiting opponents through the air. Since we expect Miami to exploit the Panthers' run defense and utilize its strong ground game, we feel there is value on some of the Dolphins' player props.

We're going with Jaylen Waddle Under 58.5 Receiving Yards (-114) at FanDuel. Waddle has not eclipsed this yardage total in his last two games, finishing with just 35 yards last week against the New York Giants and 46 yards versus the Buffalo Bills two weeks ago.

Carolina also ranks sixth in pass defense, giving up just 185.6 yards passing per game. Considering Waddle's low yardage trend lately and Carolina's strong pass defense, we're going with the under on Waddle's yardage total.
