With an 11-strikeout and a 12-strikeout game already this year, along with ten starts where he recorded six or more strikeouts, Webb has showcased his ability to generate strikeouts.

The odds for this matchup indicate that bettors may have doubts or concerns about facing the Dodgers, which is understandable. However, Webb has already struck out six Dodgers in a previous game, and today's Dodger lineup could feature some interesting replacements, potentially increasing their strikeout susceptibility. Players like J.D. Martinez and James Outman have high strikeout rates against right-handed pitchers, while the bottom half of the Dodgers' lineup has shown vulnerability to strikeouts.
