WSOP User Experience, Software, & Features

WSOP's software is designed with serious players in mind: clear navigation, multi-tabling support, and a wide range of payment methods. Convenience features include auto-rebuy, customizable table filtering, and a detailed note-taking feature with color coding and custom fields, which are all useful tools once you get past the dated first impression.

That said, this is a real area of weakness relative to competitors: player feedback consistently describes the client as feeling dated compared to newer platforms, and our research found recurring app store complaints about disconnections, geolocation errors mid-hand, and long time-bank waits disrupting the pace of play.

WSOP's ratings carry the highest total review volume of any operator we compared (~17.5K), a sign of an established, long-running player base, even with the software criticisms noted above.

Perhaps most notably, WSOP has no native Android real-money poker app. The real-money product is iOS-only, with separate apps for each state (Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey).
